Very quick response, it's just that the prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I provided the exact address off the pharmacy across the street from me but instead it went to one that was a 45 minute bus ride away. A hassle to have it corrected.

DONT give them your debit/credit card info! I was charged for services I never had or approved of. This is the worse online health/virtual care provider I’ve ever seen. If your looking for a quick refill don’t bother with this company ex: not only did they write the wrong prescription ( that is critical to my health) but NEVER took the time to write a new correct prescription yet still charged my insurance and my own co-pay amount. Beware SCAM SCAM. I’ve also reported to BBB. I pray nobody will go through the nightmare I went through
