Hellcase showed $1,600, real value is around $600
I feel misled by this situation. I deposited around $1,000, played, and eventually got a knife StatTrak™ Bayonet | Gamma Doppler (Factory New), Phase 4 that Hellcase displayed as being worth about $1,600. After withdrawing it, I found out that on CSFloat and even on Steam it is worth only around $550–600. That is a difference of roughly $1,000 almost three times the real value. I asked support several times where, before the withdrawal, it was clearly stated that the $1,600 shown by Hellcase was only an internal platform value and could differ this much from the actual market price. I still have not received a direct answer. Instead, they keep replying with explanations about market differences, supply and demand. But $1,600 versus $600 is not a normal price fluctuation. To me, this looks misleading. Hellcase refused to take the knife back, restore the $1,600 to my balance, or compensate the difference. I still hope they reconsider the case and compensate the loss. If they resolve it fairly, I am willing to update my review. But for now, I feel deceived, and my rating reflects that. Before withdrawing expensive items, I strongly recommend checking the real market price yourself.

They heavily advertise on Google and their own website with phrases like "Provably Fair System", "Transparency is key", and claim to ensure a "fair experience". This is completely misleading. Here are the facts you need to know before depositing your money: The "Provably Fair" Illusion: If you actually try to verify your rolls on the Upgrader, you can't. When you contact their support to request the mathematical proof (hash/seed) for your specific upgrades—which is the entire fundamental concept of a real "Provably Fair" system—they will refuse to give it to you. The "Trade Secret" Excuse: I directly asked them for the data to verify my 60% win-chance upgrades. Instead of providing transparency, their support sent me a wall of legal text and literally stated that providing this information would require them to disclose their "intellectual property (i.e. code)" and that they consider it "excessive". Continued awful experiences with contracts on Hellcase, they downgrade with max extent after getting a decent win and the skins they provide are impossible to resell skins ( ST BS from old collections ). Avoid gambling past the starting bet at all costs!!!!
