Worst site to try open cases and especially doing upgrade, i made 13 upgrades with 55%-59% and all of them failed. Anyway we know its gabling put is much better to open cases in Cs than here i got more things there than this site.

Don't ever deposit on this site, I've never got profit from it + every guy on the site named "Code "X"" is a bot with 99% winrate that will make you lose every case battle.

My first (and now also the last) deposit was 50$ plus 10% extra. I opened in total 110 different cases from 0,30$ up to 25$. NEITHER A SINGLE time out of 110 cases I profited even a mere cent, nore broke even. Absolute outrageous. This site is pure scam.

Misleading UI Visual Desync & Dismissive Customer Support
I am writing this review to share a very disappointing experience with Hellcase regarding front-end visual errors and support handling.
During a case opening, the animation clearly landed directly on an AK-47 | Fuel Injector. However, when checking my site inventory immediately after, I was instead credited with a cheap Dual Berettas | Cartel.
When I reached out to support to report what was clearly a front-end/client-side animation desync between what the visual wheel displays and what the backend registers, I was met with zero flexibility. Because I wasn't actively screen-recording during a routine session, support completely shut down the inquiry, stating their server logs show no errors and that there is "nothing further they can do."
While I understand backend server seeds determine drops, a site's visual interface needs to accurately reflect what the user receives. Having a visual display show a £100+ item only to credit a £0.76 item creates an incredibly misleading experience. Support dismissing a clear front-end display issue simply because a player isn't recording 24/7 is very poor customer service.
If support or management is willing to look into this visual glitch and account history properly, my Steam ID / Ticket details can be provided upon request.

This is by far the best site for winning CS2 items. I’ve played on multiple sites for years without ever winning anything. Although it takes a bit of an investment, it is possible to win some items you will never see on other 3rd party sites. Customer service is excellent and extras such as the shard system and events are a lot of fun. Overall I do think you’ll be happier here than on any other site, and it’s definitely better odds than opening cases on Steam.

Won a knife for 3 minutes – then it disappeared
"I won a knife worth around $100 in a giveaway on HellCase.com. It showed up in my inventory, and I could sell it. But before selling it, I decided to check how the giveaway actually worked and how other participants won. I opened the stream and watched it for about 2–3 minutes — only to realize that I was never actually a winner in that giveaway.
After watching the giveaway, I went back to my inventory — and the knife was gone. Just like that. I had been a 'winner' for maybe three minutes. How is that even possible? And more importantly — after depositing thousands of dollars into HellCase.com over time, why wasn't I even allowed to keep or use that one single prize?
This feels completely unfair. I'm giving 1 star.
