A waste of money
I only use the upgrader as the cases have such horrendous edge that if you were to open them, at this point buy them from Valve, the edge is lower and you would actually receive the skin you've got. more than sometimes, the skin you won is unavailable so basically you will have to risk it again or have nothing. anyways, the upgrade is most likely fair, but its just so weird. did 5/10 dollar bets on 80x's and some 2x's the edge for the upgrader is 5% which is horrible, since there are so many better alternative casinos which have originals with 1-2% edge or whatever but having a 5% edge is like playing a blackjack hand all in, and not being able to split or double etc. its horrible. so, to the upgrade now, and some scummy behavior ive seen from this site. did 7 upgrades of 5/10 cash balance for a 45% chance hit one hit once, crazy. but definitely possible so it may not be rigged. whats suspicious though, is that when you actually win something, instantly theres a popup saying to rate the site, hahaha so disgusting. so when you lose you would NEVER see a pop up saying to rate the site, but ONLY when you win you will get this pop up, if they were legit and they wouldnt be rigging the provably fair system, (which is possible to do you can research) they wouldnt need to be doing that. anway. dont use this site if you wanna win something. find a better alternative. which even then, you would lose money long term.

Entertaiment company , not case opening of 10 years
Hello every body , deposits 1,400$ last year via crypto into the site for a little bonus and decide to open some covert cases saw they price rising and i said yeah i am about to be lucky i gather 300 skins coverts avg,(100$) per piece , and it around 30,000$ and i ask hellcase as they only option for them was "exchange" but you know what interesting the prices were on the site 100$+ but in my inventory 1.50/3.50$ , strange right like image some users got price updated buy why not mine ? I contact them everyday for every solution possible and i got 2,900$ refund from that 30days auto sold with dispute open , no exchange of same value , and btw whenever u deposit via deposits methods ( cards , crypto real money) you re losing money because its not a case opening site as they adv , they are a entertaiment company and skins dont have value so basically losing money even they adv themself as case opening site of 10 years This site will promise but will move foward with you only in legal matters , imagine they laywer told me to accept refund , and to be honest i was a bit tired trying to do this from a different country but they declined saying that to much time have passed , i wanna gather everybody that has same problem with me please contact me twitter @uran_cs , but just so you know i am getting a solution via legal matters , #583794 closed same response everytime and they said final decision

CS2 official cases anre the better route, and it’s not close. Not because the EV is better — it’s arguably worse on paper — but because everything else dominates. Odds are fixed and verifiable, the drop lands in your Steam inventory as an asset you actually own, and there’s zero counterparty risk. Hellcase’s nominal return looks higher, but it’s built on inflated valuations, unverifiable odds, and withdrawal friction — the skin you “won” can be unavailable, converted to site balance, or gated behind their marketplace cut. You’re trading a known bad bet for an unknown one with an extra middleman who can change the rules. The tradeoff you’re accepting: Valve’s key tax means you’ll lose more per opening on average in raw dollar terms. But the real answer is neither — if there’s a skin you want, buy it outright on the market. Same money, guaranteed item. Cases are entertainment spend, not acquisition strategy, and if that’s the entertainment you want, at least do it where the house is transparent.

Upgrader sucks
Ive been using the Upgrader feature a couple times times, never won despite the chances being more than 50 percent. even lost a 12 euro skin, its rigged i dont recommend using this. Just use cs flot which is atleast fair.

As I can not reply to Hellcase so everyone can see, cause they as to contact their support in private. Hellcase do that so they can hide all trails for this scam. They have World Cup leaderboard where you put correct score. The most correct predicts wins a price. BUT!. you can not predict tie. You have to chose winner. And I put Norway England 1-2. They said I got winner but not correct score and got 1 point. OK, legit I thought. At that moment I was on 110th place of leaderboard. BUT AGAIN. Next game same day was ARG - SWISS, and I put 2-1. And again got 1 point, cause YOU CAN NOT PREDICT TIE SCORE, site won't allow. You have to chose a score with somebody win. In fact, cause noone can get 3 points (all games that day were ties and winner was from Extra time) max points was 2 for all who chosed both team to advance. And I got this 2 points. And there should not be droping on leaderboard for me (again both games from ties to win in extra time, you can get 1 point, see my Nor Eng prediction up). By then Hellcase steps in and I DROPED 55 places, cause they added accounts who got that day more points then it was possible. And after that day (sunday) they updated so now you can choose tie and then pick winner. But damage is done and tens of bot accounts are already winning prices on leaderboards cause they pushed them. Just check top predictors and you will get a whole picture. and leaders have 49 points whis is crazy. That means that guys get 1.666 points per game, and that is impossible. But prices stays at house :). Scam site

Avoid this site – my withdrawal turned into a nightmare
I tried to withdraw a knife from Hellcase and spent 16 hours attempting to complete the trade. Every time I accepted the trade offer on Steam, it failed with an error, even though the offer was still visible on my Steam account. I contacted support and opened a ticket. Their response was basically that they couldn’t do anything about it, despite the item being stuck in their system. After waiting for hours and getting nowhere, I was then told that my knife had somehow been “lost in an upgrader” – an upgrader I never used. I did not try to upgrade the item; I only attempted to withdraw it. So to summarise: failed withdrawal, no meaningful support, and my item apparently disappeared while I was simply trying to get it sent to my Steam inventory. Extremely frustrating experience and I would strongly recommend thinking twice before depositing valuable skins on this site.

I deposited some skins and the day it was supposed to become available for me to use they banned my account for "multiacc abuse until the year 2126"! Though it was my first time visiting their website. It's a complete scam. They don't even have an option for support. Who knows... they might even go further in the future and try stealing people's accounts.
