I have used Hellcase for a long time, but my recent experience with support completely destroyed my trust in the platform.
I created a battle that was displayed on my screen as UNDERDOG mode, but after starting, it was registered as a classic battle, which directly caused my loss. I immediately contacted support and explained that this could have been a UI desynchronization or front-end issue.
Unfortunately, after hours of conversation, support only repeated automated responses about “server logs” and refused to properly investigate the possibility of a visual or synchronization bug.
I understand that mistakes can happen on any platform, but completely ignoring the customer’s perspective and instantly closing the case without escalation is extremely disappointing.
If you use this platform, record your screen during expensive battles, because if something goes wrong, support will most likely deny everything unless you have video proof.

During my conversation with support, I did not receive any proper investigation regarding a possible visual or UI synchronization issue. The responses were based only on server logs, while the possibility of a front-end or interface-related problem was completely ignored.
I have been using Hellcase for a long time, and I hope for a fair re-evaluation of the case, along with appropriate compensation in the form of restored skins or account balance if the issue was indeed caused by a platform error.

Everything controlled even what they re telling you the percentage of winning a skin even that is a lie,it s all a lie,it depends of how much you deposit and how much you lose,then sometimes it gives you a good skin,go open cases on STEAM,THIS IS SCAM GUYS

Its a big scam they claim that a skin is worth 90 while you risk your money useing the upgrade feature but once the skin arrives in your steam inventory you come to see that its worth closer to half the value which they claimed .

I tried to retrieve my item from this site and clicked the "Get It" button, but I didn't receive a trade offer within 24 hours. I then contacted support, and they told me I needed to try again. However, I still haven't received the trade offer needed to claim my item. I believe this platform will never actually hand over what belongs to you and is simply a scam

put 100 euros on it and won some money back i thought, before i cashed out i wanted to upgrade some trash and suddenly i got bad from the site, wtf is even that.
Hoping for a mail back so i can get my money back.
Edit: i got unbanned and got my stuff thanks for the quick fix ( waited only a day)

Avoid this scam website. They will just swap the odds against you if you win anything big or small.
Just avoid them, my friendly recommendation.
Of course, they will say that they do not have control over odds etc, but i know it’s false, you know it’s false and everyone knows that.
I also have proofs to show how the odds changed against me instantly after i won something(not even that big, and much lesser than the amount i deposited).
Just avoid.
