I definitely don't recommend Hellcase. Things are getting worse on this website. They've now implemented KYC on the site, even if only CS2 skins are available for withdrawal. You can't currently withdraw anything. According to their terms and conditions, CS2 skins have no monetary value. This seems like an excuse not to send skins to players.

I bought a gold premium subscription to get free cases that shows only factory new items. However, when I opened cases it gave me well-worn items. When I contacted them, they said these were only best possible items but it wasn't mentioned in description. Finally they responded: "Please be assured that our technical team has already been notified about this bug and is actively working on a fix to restore proper clarity to the case details. We genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
We are truly sorry for the confusion and any inconvenience this has caused you." But they didnt give any refund or compensation. It is basically fraud.

opened a few cases and decided i wanted to withdraw a few skins however when i go to withdraw only the cheap skins were sent in a trade offer, i opened a ticket and had no response from the support for 30 minutes and still waiting

My experience with Hellcase has been mixed. I have spent a fair amount of money on the platform, but I was disappointed that I didn't receive any birthday gift or bonus, not even a small symbolic reward. It would be nice to see more appreciation for loyal users.
I have only won two giveaways so far, despite being active on the platform. While I understand that winning is never guaranteed, it can sometimes feel discouraging.
Another thing I have noticed is that the same people seem to participate in and win matches quite frequently. This creates the impression that other users have fewer chances to win, which can make the experience feel less enjoyable.

Its a scam. You may win a couple of times, but you'll almost never walk away with a profit. I lost so many times that the probability of that is probably rarer than getting a knife, against their bots ofc. I just cant trust them no more, even as a gambling site.

After nearly 300€ spent they want KYC-Verify out of nowhere and no idea where this data goes, just bs if you ask me, play somewhere else because thats weird. Also you can exchange or trade up skins, which they dont even have for days or never pay out.
