They scamm you at every corner... let s say you depo 30$ and win a 100$ skin... guess what that skin dosen't exist! No worries, you go to exchange and get a nother skin, surprise! You can't get that one as well! They only know how to take but never send the skins back! They only sell skins that are not rare and supply is lots, the rare skins are in exchange fo' show! Before i tought that Hellcase is top 1. but since today I tried to do a case Battle and a Message appeared… it says: „oopss… there is something wrong with your Account“. So I tried to open cases I won a really nice m4 Skin so I tried to withdraw the Skin and it came up the Same Message as when I try to case Battle. So since the Support dont answer me I think they will on here. So please tell me whats wrong. When this Problem is solved you get 5 Star again, since I Paid over 300€ since less then 2 months of playing on hellcase and I lost Most of the Money.
