Spent 800zł havent hit anything good yet. As expected.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry your experience wasn't better. We'll use this to improve and hope for another chance.
This site does its job greatly, the "probably fair" system is a big plus that create trust. Only two issues are for the withdrawal of the skins, the precise float you'll recive is not precised, only FN/MW/FT/WW/BS is said, and, sometimes the skins you get come with stickers and charms that were not precised to be on the skin too.
We appreciate your feedback and are glad the fairness system builds trust. We'll review how skin float and item details are presented during withdrawals to improve clarity. Thanks for helping us improve.
I got insane cool skins, but in money probably loss:(. But this is a “gambling” site so it’s more likely not profitable. Experience is awesome!
We appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed the experience! Thanks for sharing!
Has a good provably fair system, BUT when you do get lucky and get cool skins theres a 90% chance it won't be in stock and then you'll have to swap it for other skins. Then there's a chance they ALSO won't be in stock and you have to swap them AGAIN. At the end of the day you lose money gambling and then also when trying to withdraw your winnings. Very scummy way of squeezing the last bit of profit out of you. Use a different website with better stock and a non scummy way of making you lose more when you won.
We appreciate you sharing your experience. We regret to hear about the difficulties you faced with skin availability and swapping. We're always working to improve our stock and withdrawal process. Your feedback helps us to make necessary improvements.

Its cool site, with cool modes and bonus systems. But there's one thing for more fun and improvement, which is to create 2v2 case battles no not just share, but with 2v2 i think that's a very interesting concept
We appreciate your positive feedback and that you find our site cool! Thank you for the suggestion of a 2v2 mode; it's an interesting concept that we'll consider for future improvements.
We're happy you find our website the best for skins! Thanks for the positive feedback; we appreciate it a lot.

It's ok when the site feels like you spend enough money then you will win
We appreciate your feedback and we'll consider it as we work to improve our player experience. Thank you for your time.
A lot of money, skins cheap. Put a lot of money in it, I didn't even get half back.
We appreciate your feedback and will review the perceived value and quality.
To be honest, I've been using this site for 3 years. Not constantly, but about 1x a month, and I'm disappointed. A few months/years ago it worked fine. You had the option to withdraw your balance to ShadowPay balance and choose a skin on a normal trading site, but now :/. It's almost impossible to withdraw any skin (I'm trying to withdraw something around 200 euros now) + the option to withdraw from Shadowpay is not there, ok, but if the withdraw doesn't work and after sending the skin you see the skin changer every time - sorry, but what is that? *I always chose liquid skins. Support gave me a "basic" statement that didn't help/inform me at all. If they wrote: we have a problem, we are working on it and it will be ok in 7 days - I´d be ok with that. . . but what's happening now, that I'm not able to withdraw anything for many days (which is +20 euro)? About prices of skins: it depends, some of them are similar as on Steam, some a bit higher (10%-20%) *I wrote a review Oct 20, 2023, where I gave it 5/5
We appreciate your long-term patronage and regret your recent withdrawal issues. We are sorry that the support response was unhelpful. Your feedback is valuable as we work to improve our services.
We're glad you enjoyed the game and the skins! Thanks for your positive feedback; we appreciate it a lot.
