good site, i won knife and im in profit easily but its hard to withdraw item the website is kinda confusing, like verification to withdraw skin why is that required? or when i click send it literally asks me to exchange items for what reason, its very complicated.

the issues that i have with hellcase are still ongoing from 23rd october they still dont want to give me the items on my friend share screen the items are available to exchange the exact same items but for me the items are not on the site, very interesting isn't it i will make sure everyone knows about this site not being able to deliver the promised items

The site gladly accepts your money without verifying who you are, how old you are and where you live. I've played at HellCase for some months now, I've withdrew alot of skins and had a great time. Even withdrew a knife worth around 300USD, I had a good moment at HellCase where I won a butterfly knife of 600USD, I took a risk and upgraded it to a butterfly I wanted (1100USD) to withdraw because I liked it but when clicking the withdraw button, they asked for my ID all of a sudden. (I don't like to give my ID to third party websites) Yeah sure, it is normal to ask for someone's ID in compliance with the KYC rules but why after I've deposited alot of money in to the site?

Missing Items After Case Opening – Still Waiting After 9 Days& unfair compensation On October 23, 2025, I opened five Covert cases on Hellcase using my account BabyM3 (Steam: /id/babym3). After opening the cases, I received several items with a total current market value of around $369. However, right after the drops, Hellcase informed me that the items were “not available in their inventory” and asked me to wait until they became available. I followed all their instructions carefully and agreed to wait, assuming it would take a short time. But it has now been 9 days, and I still have not received any of the items in my Steam inventory. I contacted Hellcase support multiple times, provided clear proof that the same items are currently in stock on their platform, and waited patiently for them to fix the issue. Despite this, their team still refuses to deliver my items and instead offers only a refund for the case cost or to sell the items at their old value, which is a small fraction of the value of the items I actually won at today market price. This response feels completely unfair. I didn’t ask for money back — I only want the items I fairly obtained through their own system. I paid for the cases, opened them legitimately, and complied with all their requests. The least they could do is deliver what was promised. I have been patient and cooperative from the start, but the lack of resolution after more than a week is disappointing. I truly hope Hellcase will review this situation again and send me the items I rightfully earned. Until then, I advise other users to be cautious, record their case openings, and save all communication with support — just in case something similar happens to them. I will update this review once the issue is resolved. UPDATE After response from hellcase: i ve had numerous tickets made and it is impossible to give u all of the ticket refference numbers and in the messages there were always the same messages. I simply opened covert cases because i usually play on the hellcase site and i kept my items the items remained with the old prices and i couldnt withdraw them cause on the site it kept me from exchange them and the answear was that i need to exchange them for their price on the site not with the actual price that the items are going on the market right now or refund but i just want my items. So i would like you to provide me with the items like i said i am waiting already for a long period if time 9 days.
