Missing item after case opening & unfair compensation offer
I opened a case on Hellcase on [Date: 2025-10-23], using my Hellcase account (username: [SonDisket], Steam profile: [/id/SonDisket]). The case gave me a skin called [AK-47 | Neon Revolution WW] (worth about $40 at the time). Hellcase told me the item was “not available in their inventory” and asked me to convert it to another skin. I accepted and completed the conversion.
Now I have still not received the new item in my Steam inventory. The converted item currently has a market value of approximately $270, yet Hellcase’s support team only offers a $12 refund for the case. They claim they “don’t sell items, only the right to obtain a random item” and that they can only refund the cost of the case, not the item’s full value.
I acted in good faith, complied with their request, reported the issue immediately, and waited patiently. Despite that, Hellcase has failed to deliver what I earned. This is deeply disappointing and feels unfair.
I am left with two options: receive the promised item or an appropriate full value compensation — but their current offer is unacceptable.

It seems to be an ok website when it comes to returns... if u play it smart. Ive gotten a few cool weapon skins that they traded to me instantly. The problem i have is after spending close to 1k.. I won a knife and now I cant trade it to my account. Been waiting for support for hours and it has made me extremely stressed.

I've been trying to withdraw the knife I won for four days, but it's out of stock. The skin swap screen keeps popping up. Finally, I got fed up yesterday and split the knife into different skins, but now I can't withdraw them. If an item is out of stock, it shouldn't appear on the trading screen. I spoke to support and they told me to wait. What should I wait? If you're taking my money right away, you should also give me my reward! I've already withdrawn $100 worth of skins, and I can't even withdraw $5 worth. It says it's out of stock, and the trading screen pops up. Negative sides :
- Never have a stock, meaning you will not be able to withdraw.
- No supporting in tickets/reports.
- *SCAM* The reason they dont add a stock and let you withdraw is to tempt you with continuing to gamble. they want you to spend money without being able to withdraw it.

This site is really fast and fluid, the support team is great, replies around 30 minutes.
But there's something that made me rate 4 instead of 5 stars, its because i dont find the site really "begginer-friendly", i've never done skin trading before and i admit i would have liked having some kind of information on how does it works because when i put my money into something, i really dont like going through this "now what do i do?" or "is it normal?" type of questions.

I spend arouns 2k on this site got out maybe 600£ max i think its not the best place to win upgrade feels rigged and battles vs bots are insane out of 10 battles u will win maybe one.
