Hellcase

deposit system sucks ;/

The Upgrader is completely rigged

The upgrader is completely rigged. And no, I am not talking from one or two failed attempts. I have taken count and a total of 23 failed upgrades in a row, all on under, and right after, chose over, guess what, failed again (Usually on 75% of win aswell by the way). Just don't use the upgrader, it is rigged against you and you will not win unless you make them money. All there is to it.

Be careful with this site

I spent about 100$ on this site, and i havent got any problem with little cheap skins, the withdraw is ok, but recently i managed to pull a good skin and upgrade it to an even better one, but sadly it's been 3 days and i cannot retreive it. So i contacted the support (very nice people btw) and they told me a very vague answer to my questions : "Unfortunately, I don’t know how much time need to wait." and that my skin MAY be available at any moment. So, I am still waiting and nothing happens, even if the site tells me the estimate delivery time is 5 min. To conclude, I am very disappointed with this site, and I am waiting for hellcase admins or whatever person in charge of ordering their skin stocks to do something for me, I have nothing against this site, I just want to get what i won. And, btw, telling that you can "withdraw your items instantly" on hellcase is not true, and as far as I know, this is misleading publicity, and that's illegal :) PS : For those complaining about drop rates on this site, this is gamble, you never have been forced to pay, so stop complaining, you cannot make any profit of gamble.

100+ account..

100+ account... What is that bs what proof do you guys need to unban me?

Huge case opening site that is pretty reputable. Giveaways seem legit (considering ive actually won 2 of them and did actually get my rewards). Odds are obviously rigged towards the site, because well, its a business, and they need to make money. They are insanely skewed towards them, however. No visible percentages/odds for the items in the cases, which would be a nice addition at some point.

I won a giveaway but never got my skin

I won a giveaway but never got my skin, but other wise its a great website

DONT BUY THE KNIFES ONLY CASE YOU WILL GET THE SAME PAIR OF SHADOW DAGGERS

site gets kinda bad when you open there knife only case and you only get the same pair of garbage shadow daggers 6 or 7 times in a row and you end up spending 67 dollars on a case for 45 dollars in the shadow daggers that you get 6 times in a row dont bother using the site you will make 5 dollars in profit then you will get all your money gone with the next case you open

Well I've been using this site for a month now and I've earned a couple of cool skins like the leaded glass, however most of the time when you unbox a skin, it's out of stock and the upgrade system is just rigged.

Daily free is rigged af…

Daily free is rigged af and i deposited 5$ and only got 1.88$ back. So this site is pretty trash, there is no chance that you Will get more money than deposited. it may seem so at the start but you Will lose everything eventually. But it's no scam because you can withdraw your winnings

Free daily cases are worthless, but withdrawing works fine!

Free daily cases are worthless, I did this for a year and got nothing worth more than 0.10€. I decided to invest 10€ because you need to reload your account before withdrawing anything, is useless to say I wasted my money but I got all my items in less than 24 hours without any withdraw problem. Do it if you like to gamble, it's not my thing and I'm not sure if it's rigged or not.

Takes too long

I like hellcase a lot and i still use it but when you get a skin it takes way too long to withdraw it every time they tell you one of these 2 things error due to steam updates we are not able to send bla bla bla or chose of these skins and withdraw now or your weapon will be available in 7 days and you don,t get the second option if your skin is cheap and even if you get it it won,t be available in the next 7 days and it may even take a month or more til you give up sell your skin end lose your money

I am having the same problem as people here but when I received a skin in contract, I was for some reason able to withdraw it and it actually sent me a trade offer which I then accepted and received the item. Strange!

I like the site but there is one there is one problem...

I like the site but there is one problem it tells me to deposit 5 dollars to retrieve my items the only time that happen to me, the site was a scamming website.

Since the new tradeban update valve…

Since the new tradeban update valve released i have not been able to get any skins out from the site. Everytime i click send i get an error message saying that it is because of the tradeban update and will be fixed soon. but how many days/weeks has gone by now? Get it FIXED! it's peoples money for gods sake >:-( EDIT: They 'partly' fixed the issue, if the skin you want to withdraw is not available you get an option to take 1 of 3 other currently availble skins. or you can just wait 7 days

can't withdraw items

can't withdraw items. no help from customer service. all in all just an unacceptable experience. After posting this review I was able to withdraw it. Still no help using their customerservice

The Upgrade function is rigged

The Upgrade function is rigged. I've seriously done over 30 trade-ups for 45%< and lost 75% of them. That's a decently sized pool to get a feel for odds. Fishy af.

I can not withdraw my items.

After i won some more expensive items and wanted withdraw i can not withdraw these skins. After 24 hours the item is automaticly selled. :))))))))))))

Item not in invertory.

Item that i won was not in the invertory, got sold automatically after 48h and I lost all that money trying to drop anything close to the original value.
