I order from Hello Alpha fro only the 2nd time and the needles that I paid for did not come with my order. I chatted with you AI bot and that I didn’t get my needles for my Zepbound Qwickpen and it told me to take pictures of all that I received. You all didn’t trust me when I said I didn’t receive my needles. I was not happy having to do this but I did it. Then I waited for a call or text about my missing needles and I still hav not received a call or my needles I paid for. So now I will have to REUSE the last needle from my 1st order so that I can use my Zepbound for the next 4 weeks. Something that was so easy for you all to fix, made me soo dissatisfied and untrustworthy of you all because no one cared Real person cared to reach out to me and send me my needles..

Great for Weight Loss, Disappointing for General Medical Care
I have mixed feelings about Hello Alpha. For weight loss management, they’ve been great, and I haven’t had any major issues with that part of their service. However, for other non-emergency medical concerns, my experience has been very frustrating. I’ve reached out for things like a yeast infection and a sinus infection, and it has taken days just to get prescribed medication. The providers often ask a question, but then I won’t receive another response until the following day, which unnecessarily delays treatment. There have been multiple times when I ended up going to urgent care because I couldn’t wait any longer for a prescription. I’ve also noticed that some providers don’t seem to thoroughly read what patients write. I’ll clearly include when my symptoms started, only to be asked the exact same question later. That makes me feel like my messages aren’t being carefully reviewed and that my time and concerns aren’t being valued. If you’re using Hello Alpha solely for weight loss, it has been a positive experience. But if you’re expecting timely treatment for other common medical issues, my experience has been disappointing due to the slow communication and delayed care.
