First impressions are lasting…

First impressions are lasting impressions! While awaiting for our forever home to finish being built, we call this Landing location in Town Madison,AL home. The instructions for accessing everything on the property was spot on. The general manager for the area (Thomas) was very helpful, and accessible if additional questions were asked. The apartment is fully furnished, clean, and honestly, we only had to bring ourselves and clothes! I would recommend, highly recommend the Landing to anyone I know. Keep up the great work, you have a great team!

Nice and Spacious

The home was nice and spacious. The pool in the neighborhood was perfect for family fun during our stay. The pool wasn't heavily populated. The bedrooms were all good size and 50+ inch tv's in every room was a bonus. Trash ram daily so nothing got piled up. The booking process was really easy. I had an issue with my 1st booking and was able to get into this property the same day.

The Landing apartments are very welcoming and truly a fantastic place to stay while working from out of state . Brittany the property manager goes out of her way to make sure your stay is fantastic for all aspects. The concierge staff are committed to help in every aspect. Tremendous team at this apartment complex.

Hello Landing has consistently provided an exceptional “home away from home” experience, which is especially important given the demands of my profession. During my most recent stay, I had the privilege of working directly with Thomas, the General Manager of the property, whose professionalism and attentiveness were truly outstanding. Thomas took the time to thoroughly understand the specific needs of my family during this transition and ensured that each request was handled with efficiency and care. His commitment to delivering a high standard of service reflects positively on both his leadership and the organization as a whole. This experience has further affirmed my confidence in choosing Hello Landing for corporate housing, and I sincerely appreciate the level of dedication and support provided to my family.

Temporary lodging

The first place at the Landing was not to our liking. I sent a message and got a response within a couple hours. I was contacted and I spoke with Thomas. I told him our concerns he didn't make any excuses, he apologized and asked me to give him a little time to make some calls and he would take care of it. He did just that. We were moved to a much nicer cleaner place. Thank you Thomas for your help in what has become a very trying move for this retired military family. We were used to just going on base, but that is no longer the case in this military community. My only suggestion would be to use leather furniture. Most people have pets and they let them on the furniture. Its hard to get the pet dander off cloth furniture and your next guest that may suffer with allergies will have a hard time sitting on that furniture.

AVOID AT ALL COST

I would NEVER recommend this company.Stayed in a apartment of theirs for 10 months. Heres why I would never do it again.. 1). The apartment was disgusting when we moved in. Dead bugs, mold on the vents..etc 2). The apartment had mold in it...It caused health issues for my family. 3). They use electronic door locks and I literally got locked out of my apartment one night due to a "system outage". It took over 4 hours to get resolved. I didn't get back in until after 2am 4). They didn't tell the complex about my car, so it got towed night one. $400 they said they would pay back, never did. 5). You can never get ahold of anyone? I literally sat outside of my apartment one night because their "24 hour hotline, was not working"

My Landing experience has been amazing

My Landing experience has been amazing. I stayed at two different Landing units in North Austin, both of which were managed by Kurt and his team. Kurt was extremely thoughtful and helpful during my stays. He assisted with vehicle registration, codes for packages, billing questions, general inquiries, and provider recommendations for local coffee shops and restaurants. Kurt is always quick to respond and wants the absolute best for Landing customers. When my reservation at a different property fell short, the Landing team acted quickly and got me into a new unit right away. My experience began in April and is continuing through the end of August. I would definitely recommend Landing to anyone who wants quality customer service and stays that truly feel like home.

Goodyear as a place to live

We had a nice stay at Landing Solace Ballpark Village. Everything was clean and in a good condition as well as they sponsored amenities and equipment for kitchen and bathroom which was very nice to have. The pool was always there for ourselves and everything cleaned up. You get a sun-covered parking spot and the whole check-in and -out process is well organized and fully automated (best way is using their app).

Easy renting with Landing

There have been some issues, but all and all it has been a good experience. Our local coordinator has been very helpful in filling requests for extra kitchen items. The apartment is very nice but is obviously furnished for short time renters. We are here for several months waiting on construction for our new place so it’s been helpful having a coordinator. I found it easy to look at apartments and it was very easy to rent.

What an amazing stay we had

What an amazing stay we had. Such a lovely furnished apartment. It can with everything we needed. Also the amenities were just amazing. Big pool, 24 hr workout center. Dog park and wash area. Great neighbors and such a lovely staff. A big bonus is so many things are within a short walk. Thank you for your generosity and kindness.

Home away from home the perfect place.

The space was excellent and it accommodated, everything and everyone I am now looking for the landing in St. Louis.For our convention next year.

I was very pleased with the overall…

I was very pleased with the overall appearance of the apartment and grounds. The unit was very clean, and I was impressed with how the kitchen was stocked with dishes, a Keurig with sample Krispy Creme coffee and water. The extra touches like cookies and chips along with hand soap and paper towels was especially appreciated so that I did not have to go out again after a later check in. Brendan, the Landing manager, has been wonderful about answering my questions and assisting me with WiFi. I'm very pleased with my experience and would recommend this property to others.

Triton Cay Fort Myers

Bret from Triton Cay Fort Myers, was a terrific host! I was very pleased with the unit and amenities. He even supplied necessary supplies with ease and anytime, very accommodating. I'd love to return and book with him again.

I love the flexible living in beautiful…

I love the flexible living in beautiful communities. Sometimes your faced with some ugly situations, but Landing has fixed it every time for me! This unit at Legacy Cool Springs in Franklin TN was especially beautiful and relaxing for me!

The apt was fantastic

The apt was fantastic. Except for some needed kitchen items they could have had, it was very comfortable. The only issue was a train track running behind my unit. Suggest eat plugs at night. The gym & pool was really beautiful!

Extremely Disappointed Stay

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Landing. From the moment I arrived, it was clear the apartment had not been properly prepared for guests. The couch had a large visible stain, and the overall cleanliness of the unit was unacceptable. Even more concerning, there was no functioning smoke detector, which raised serious safety concerns. To make matters worse, my stay ended on an extremely negative note when my car was unexpectedly towed on my final day, resulting in an expensive and stressful situation that could have been prevented with clearer communication. Between the cleanliness issues, safety concerns, lack of a functioning smoke detector, and the unexpected towing expense, what should have been a comfortable stay became frustrating from start to finish. I left feeling disappointed and unsupported. I cannot recommend this property or Landing based on my experience. I hope they take these issues seriously so future guests do not have to go through the same experience.
