Valuable, Responsive, Professional, and Helpful
Right now I'm in a Landing unit and wanted to take the time to write this review. This is a unique experience. To start, the leadership team reached out before my stay with introductions. This is a nice personal touch. I hope they continue to do this. In a world where everything feels so impersonal, this was nice. It, also really helped when I needed assistance. When an important package was delivered to the original location after a move, Landing helped make sure I was able to retrieve it.
The units are equipped with everything you need. The furniture is comfortable. The mattresses are comfortable. The kitchen comes fully equipped. The app is also useful.
I'm going through a stressful personal situation, so I really appreciated the support. A special thank you to the Mikayla who assisted with my move—she was kind, responsive, and made the entire process much easier. Her professionalism and care made a big difference. Overall, I'm grateful for the excellent customer service and would recommend Landing.

Stay away from this company!!
I am the parent of a college student. He was to intern in DC from July 5 through August 21, 2026. Because this internship was not through his college, I arranged and prepaid for temporary housing through Hello Landing. My son moved in the Landing unit on July 5. Just five days later, on July 10, I received an email stating that he had to vacate the property by July 22 because the building owner was allegedly no longer working with Landing. This left us with only 12 days' notice to find new housing. After contacting the OTA office in Washington, DC, I was informed that he was not legally required to move. I relayed this information to Landing and explained that my son is a full-time student with no car or job, was relying on the apartment for the duration of his internship, and had no practical way to relocate on such short notice while I was across the country. Despite this, Landing continued sending automated messages stating that his stay would end on July 22.
Fearing they might lock him out and leave his personal belongings inaccessible, I rushed to secure alternative housing. I would never recommend this company to anyone! They also offer you one unit and change it on you.

I am long passed due writing this…
I am long passed due writing this review. I am wrting this for my brother, Ted, who has recently passed away. The Landings has been a great place for Ted. When he called for maintenance they ALWAYS came that day or the next. This was not only the first few months when he moved in, but for the 15 years he was there. I know he could call when he was lonely and they would come out to check out the ant in the bathroom .Aaron, the manager was incredible. When Ted called when he has problems with his TV Aaron showed him what to do and even wrote in down so if it happen,Ted would know what to do. Ted had a speech impediment and stuttered. The staff ALWAY treated him with respect, which was so heartwarming to me.. I knew Ted was safe here and if he ever needed anything they would help. Ted's neighbor was wonderful to him. She would take his returnable pop cans to Meijers for him, since he did not have a car.The staff Lorene, Donna and Randy were like family. Thank you for your helpfulness. Thank you Landings for all you are. I will always remember your kindness.

I have felt so welcome ever since moving in. Any questions I had were answered promptly and I was even given recommendations on coffee places by the landing manager! My apartment itself was clean allowing a smooth transition. Overall, it has been an amazing experience so far!

The complex was beautiful. The pool was awesome. The people that work in the office are super helpful and the free iced coffee and snacks at the club house was awesome. The place was very nice and the rooms very clean.

Very frustrating experience
Very frustrating experience. I have a promo code for reserving a room at the Bouldin in Austin, but the website never provides an opportunity to enter it. Also, the website indicates there is a discount for using a bank account instead of a credit card, but the website does not allow me to use a bank account. Finally, the "virtual concierge" that is supposed to help with problems does not provide any response at all. This feels like a sloppy and amateur operation.

Great concept
Great concept - apartments used for short term rentals, membership available for Nomads/remote workers wanting to explore the country and can move in/out quickly of a furnished place, also traditional renting options for a furnished apartment. Very surprised how clean and modern the place was and helping gentrify an area in a great city.

The apartment was surprisingly well…
The apartment was surprisingly well equipped as far as kitchen, tools and appliances. It was also very clean, which is really important to me. The only suggestion I might make is to provide a box of Kleenex and maybe a hook to be installed in the bathroom to hang your clothes on. I will definitely recommend it this location to my friends and family.

Booked a corporate apartment at the Celsius in Charlotte. The booking process was smooth however one month into our stay the toilet wouldn’t flush and there was a mosquito infestation. Hello Landing did nothing to fix the issue. Customer service was awful. They had nowhere else to put us and offered 51 dollars per night to stay at a hotel while they resolved the issue. Maria in customer support was awful to deal with and had no empathy for the situation.
We loved it! The place was beautiful! We loved the pool, the view of the water and the decor. We also loved the building amenities and the proximity to many places. We were able to walk to the west side market yesterday so that was great! It’s close to everything in downtown Cleveland. Highly recommend!!
