I Like Hibid a lot
I Like Hibid a lot. It gives me a chance to shop all sales and look around at the things I want to try and get. It gives me the availability to save and pull up later, a way to write notes for each item (love that) and a chance to bid on the things I want. I can narrow it down to jsut what I'm looking for. Great site. Only issue is to many emails.
I tried to cut down but for some reason states keep on adding? Again too many emails. The site is a great experience to find the things I would like to have. Easy to use. Thanks

Only bid if you’re willing to lose in some way…
Auctioneers on this site make their own different rules, some are impractical and some hysterically abusive.
Contacting them individually is a waste of time, they don’t answer the phone, emails, etc. They collect funds from your registered credit card, but receiving a credit is nearly impossible, Hibid.com does not govern them in this regard. Beware if one of them bans you, stay away from the ones who prohibit bad language/abusive behavior (get yelled at quite a bit? Wonder why).
Don’t bid if you can’t pick up, arranging shipping is difficult, unless they respond to you by phone or email. Register your business before bidding or you will never get your collected tax money back.
There is so much room for improvement but hibid.com does not seem willing to do anything about the problematic auctioneers.
Don’t bid unless you’re ready and willing to lose in some way: bad description, bad picture, hidden damage, wrong item in the box, missing items, tax charged, seller remorse, etc.

I really enjoy the bidding process
I really enjoy the bidding process, I do wish that sellers would post the sizes of clothing/shoes, every time. It seems to be a frequent issue where they don’t say the size, and don’t answer you in time when you request more information.

Issues with Searches By Location and / or Category
The bidding process was very good - smooth, no issues or errors. Trying to obtain a list of items by Category is a challenge. Two reasons: 1. the system doesn't "hold" the Location I select. It goes back to the default (ALL) on a page change. (Should be in Profile) 2. Recent searches by Category return Auctions, Items outside the Category, even All items for an Auction in some cases! Both of these issues are a pain, takes more time to find items, reduces bidding, sales/revenue for Auctions.
