For me personally, I have trouble trusting a platform that lets anyone who’s willing to pay create auctions and without any type of vetting for legitimacy. I have already experinacd a fraudulent auction and now whorling with my bank to file chargebacks. There are plenty of legiimet site that provide a much better customer experience. This is not one of them and highly recommend to avoid if new.
Your invoices are sent within a few hour after closing. You are open 7 days a week to accommodate any and everyone. No other auction does this. You give refunds that are fair and just. Thank you - Lloyd Tapp.
HiBid has developed a good system of advertising and hosting auctions. The webpages are easy to search and navigate. The auctions they associate with are well-run. What's going to bring down online auctions is shipping charges, but that's not HiBid's fault.
I'm not sure which auction. I like them all. Guessing on the date.
I like the changes to.the search. I used to get frustrated entering postal.code and distance most searches on my smartphone. I did have a few timeouts when looking at more items on a closing auction but overall the bidding works well.
there is no consistency from sellers as far billing/contacting after an item is won... some take weeks to contact you, after multiple inquires. One told me he doesn't do texts, only phone calls. 3rd party shipping is a crap shoot... you never know what they will charge before purchase. STOP the AI within the key word searches!!! I need accuracy not a wide net for my searches. EX: key word search "Decanter" and you 35 pages of pitchers!!! Fix your filters, allow for elimination of words in search. BTW, Check out how eBay does it. Reinstate the " " marks around a word, to have an exact return, its universal Some items I have seen now for 5+ years from the same auction house, they keep reposting them, not sellin ... are they dead? Seriously annoying. include a new return sorting option of "most recently listed" dropdown tab. It wastes so much time going through a full list returned each time for a search. "ending soonest" does you no good for a new search as some listings are a month out. You need a way to rate sellers by buyers ... some are excellent, some just don't care about communication or quality. an acurate size (height at least) listed for ALL items... an out of focus ruler 10" away is not accurate. Sellers must supply pics of the bottom of a piece too! these are overall, general remarks from using your site for many years. Not directed at my most recent experiences.
Easy to bid, payments are handled seamlessly, pickup instructions have been very precise, and clear visible signage has been used at every estate I’ve picked up from. I have only had a problem with one item which was not photographed or detailed clearly and honestly (a quilt that I paid $190 for thinking that it was in great condition when it was actually stained, tattered, and very fragile… the seller would not refund even a portion of the amount that I paid). I LOVE using hibid - it fits my lifestyle much better than in person estate sales.
HiBid is easy to use. Searching for auctions or specific items is easy. The auctioneers are good to work with. Payment is efficient. I use HiBid weekly.
It sucks make where they charge u or theres a way to pay sitting sround waiting weeks for a invoice rhat never comes isnt worth it

You recently changed how you search for auction items. The old way you could use a keyword and then search by category. Now you use the keyword and have to sift through all of the items.Monte Carlo for example, ie the vehicle. It brings up poker chips, gun stocks and numerous other categories. I search numerous items daily and this limits the scope of what I do.
Items for great prices see user experience is amazing
The only improvement needing to be done ASAP is STOP SCREENING CERTAIN guns you feel are scary and making buyers go the the auction house website to bid.....does us both a disservice and we pay for a complete experience not to be censored, No other auction software does this except you!
Generally it is very easy and every auction house has been great to work with, but I often wonder if there is somebody internally bidding up products and if that is legal.
It is easy. The local pickup or ship sorts the auctions. I can type in what I am looking for and get results.
It’s hard to navigate the website and to see the auction info. I’m a reseller and it took me forever to figure out that I had to give my tax certificate to the estate sale company.
Sellers make it difficult for you to pick up your items, but they will leave a bad review for you even though it was not your fault.
I love HiBid. I like the watch option and it saves my items for me. I also like the note section to remind myself.
Straight forward and easy to use. The items were described pretty accurately.
