Terrible

terrible. The package was sent to a horrendous usps location that has reviews about theft and lost packages like crazy! I have been telling HK parts and usps that the package has been stolen or is lost…. And no one has been willing to help. I’ve filed a claim with my credit card company as I know for certain that they will simply refund me the money spent with HK parts. This had happened before, but won’t happen again. I will never shop at HK parts again.

Great quality drum mag for the H&K Mp5…

Great quality drum mag for the H&K Mp5 .22 lr fast delivery and free stickers it doesn’t get better than that the packaging was also nice and not oversized for a simple drum mag I will definitely buy more in the future especially for my 416

Vp9 holster

I bought holsters. They are very nice well-made and we’ll do anything. I want him to do with a particular type of handgun should last me forever. The only downfall was receiving them and having to sign for them they are not a gun part. I live in a shitty state of California unfortunately having to sign for a piece of plastic that only retains a firearm is crappy the products very nice. H&k a great place with great products.

They shipped the wrong part, are taking forever to fix the issue.

They shipped the wrong part, which is not a huge issue, that kind of thing happens. But reaching out to them to get an exchange has taken days, and remains unresolved. Frankly, their customer service and ability to address problems is severely lacking and set to their schedule. I’m still waiting to receive an email back after four days. Unacceptable.

First off

First off, if you're online shopping and you get busy and you want to come back to the cart you’re building later when you have more time, this is one of the few websites I’ve ever had keep my cart saved and not refresh/clear it when I come back to it so I absolutely love that, secondly the shipping is always ahead of schedule and who doesn’t love getting their pew pew goodies sooner than anticipated right?!? Absolute love HK parts & it’s the only place I’ll get mags & other accessories I need for my p30L
