I had sent an email to support on the status of when an order would be shipping, because I was concerned with upcoming law changes in my state that the package would arrive too late. Appreciate the frequent email updates for available products in store. The sale products are also a great incentive with reduced prices. The points system at purchase is a nice way to recognize registered customers. However, a picture of the available points items along with the description would be nice.
