1 Star – A Sale Price Error and a Disappointing Response I placed an order with HK Parts during their Fourth of July sale. After the sale, HKParts identified they had a pricing error with the part purchased. Instead of honoring the advertised sale pricing or offering a satisfactory resolution, the company ultimately acknowledged there had been an error and apologized. Their solution was to offer me free shipping if I placed an entirely new order. That's not a real resolution. When a vendor makes a mistake—especially during a major promotional sale—the customer shouldn't be expected to spend even more money just to receive compensation for the company's error. Offering free shipping on a future purchase feels less like customer service and more like an attempt to secure another sale. While the response from HK Parts was polite and included an apology, the company declined to make the original transaction right and instead shifted the burden onto the customer. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them matters. In this case, I was left with the impression that advertised sale pricing is not necessarily something they will stand behind when problems arise. Because of that, I cannot recommend HK Parts and will be taking my business elsewhere.
Ensure you know whether the part order and received is a genuine HK part or an aftermarket part.
I was sent an aftermarket HK VP9 part which was supposed to have been an original HK small part. Were I not a certified HK VP9 Armorer I probably would have installed the part and been none the wiser until the weapon was returned to HK for some reason at which time HK would have been well within their right to void the warranty.

Did Not Honor Order After Payment and Confirmation
Ordered a slide that reflected the weekend sale price. Received a confirmation, and shipping delivery ETA. Days later email informed me the price was inaccurate and they cancelled my order. I'm seeing others who experienced the same issue on the same item. After they got all my personal and contact information they just decide not to deliver the product. No response to my inquiry, no offer of future discount for the inconvenience, No customer service at all. Never Again HK Parts !

Hk parts was fantastic
Hk parts was fantastic. The USPS can use a lot of help. Projected delivery for Thursday, then Friday, got it on Monday. I will be ordering more from HKP, but won’t have faith on the delivery date. Again, HKP shipped it in a timely manner. No complaints with HKP
