Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptionally fast shipping times, helpful customer service, and the impressive online availability of hard to find firearm parts. Consumers consistently note that all ordered products arrive securely packaged, in pristine condition, and completely ready for immediate custom installation. Some reviewers were not happy with occasionally receiving incorrect items in their shipments instead of the specific original components they had purchased. A few other people also felt that baseline catalog prices could sometimes be better or experienced frustrating, unexpected order cancellations resulting from website technical errors.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Price was very reasonable, color match (something others had complained about) was good, unfortunately the butt plate was cracked
Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you were happy with the price and color match. We're sorry the butt plate arrived cracked. Please reach out to us, we'd be happy to send a replacement or help make it right.
