Great choice of yarn, I bought a multi coloured cotton yarn to crochet a sunhat. Easy to order & arrived quicker than I had expected. It's a lovely colour, was a reasonable price & feels a good quality.

My order came in 2seperate packages a week apart. I ordered honey bunny chenille yarn and it malted everywhere and is very brittle. I'll stick to buying velvet lux chenille from now on

Great yarn as always and very fast delivery to UK. I get most my yarn from Hobbii due to the low prices and good quality. Only negative is sadly they proudly talk about how they use AI which is a big negative for me due to the huge negative impact on the climate and workers losing jobs. If I find somewhere as cheap and good quality that doesnt use AI Id happily switch to them instead,

The yarn is always great but immediately after ordering I came across the statement about using AI and I feel this deeply misunderstands a community that spends hours honing their craft to create amazing and unique items. So unfortunately I won’t be ordering from hobbii again.

I’ve just completed 90 hours crocheting a baby blanket using the beautiful hobbii 100% cotton yarn and I have enjoyed every moment of it! I ordered 17 different colours for the blanket which were delivered on time and even re-ordered more to start another project bec I loved the yarn and the easy start of each yarn They have so many colours and types that’ll make you addicted 😁

I was supposed to get a surprise gift with my order but never received it. When I reached out to ask why I was told because I didnt tick a box that I didnt even know existed. I have never had to indicate this type of thing with any other site it has just come when I reached the order level. The attitude of well we cant help you because you didn’t tick a box you didn’t know existed is poor customer service. I will likely yarn shop elsewhere in the future. Sorry your response references a voucher. What voucher please? I have no information on this nor have I received any voucher to my knowledge
