Ok I was very disappointed by the…

Ok I was very disappointed by the technical knowledge of your customer support. When I asked about a battery box for one of your radio transmitters, they replied that they didn't have a battery door cover. When I clarified. my request they returned with a battery box that I doubt would fit any radio transmitter. Only after I corrected them again did they return with an acceptable part.
