Robert and Josh have been very helpful with the delays and cancellations of my and were even friendly enough to give me a full refund for it. I was hesitant at first but after dealing with their customer service I know will be booking with them again in the future. They are nice and will help you in any way possible!

Scammers
Scammers. They give you a fake price, then try to blackmail you into paying more.
In my case they gave me a price of 250 usd for a round trip, then called me later to say that they had booked the return flight, but not the departure, and if I wanted to keep the departure it would cost an additional 1,000 usd or I could change it to a worse flight (that would land a midnight) but that would still be 200 usd extra. They even tried to tell me that they would keep the original 250 usd if I tried to cancel.

Holidaybreakz are thieves with a website. They constantly employ a "bait-and-switch" tactic: they offer a specific price, but once you've paid, they try to change it. If you refuse the change, they charge you anyway—claiming the booking cannot be canceled—even before the transaction has even been fully completed.

I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this company. I spent $1086 on what was supposed to be a $765 ticket, only to be lied to about my fare class at the airport. I was sold a "Classic" ticket that turned out to be "Basic," costing me even more in baggage fees.
The worst part? They messed up my booking so badly that I was denied boarding. I have spent my entire vacation time sitting at home in Canada instead of being at my event. They refuse to refund my money and keep moving the goalposts. They are holding my money hostage and asking me to take more time off work just to use an "open ticket." Complete scam.

Honestly probably just find another third party
It was a hassle to say the least. Last minute I got charged an additional $300 for them to find me a flight that wasn’t all booked…Lisa and Bob were pretty difficult and stressful to work with. Robert is the only one that I had a fairly easy time with.
