Absolutely horrible and deceptive…
Absolutely horrible and deceptive service. The prices they advertise online are completely misleading. After you make the reservation, they suddenly claim that the advertised rate is “not available” or “not part of the promotion” just to pressure you into paying an outrageously higher price.
On top of that, they constantly call you, keep you on hold forever, and create problems with your payment even when the bank confirms everything is fine. The entire experience feels dishonest and like a complete scam. Total waste of time and extremely unprofessional. I will never use this company again and strongly recommend others stay away.

My experience with HolidayBreakz was honestly one of the worst travel booking experiences I have ever had.
I paid for my ticket in full and received a confirmed booking, but after some time they canceled the ticket on their own without any notification or explanation. If I hadn’t personally checked, I would have had no idea and could have easily missed my flight.
Even worse, there was absolutely no communication from their side—no email, no call, nothing. This level of irresponsibility is completely unacceptable.
Their customer service was also extremely poor. I tried multiple times to reach them, but either I received no response or no proper follow-up was provided. It felt like once they took the payment, they had no further obligation toward the customer.
Overall, it was a very disappointing, unprofessional, and stressful experience. I would not recommend this company at all.
