Got a email today looking for 514.88…
Got a email today looking for 514.88 extra on my already booked and paid for holiday saying it was a manifest price error!!!! Nope no way emailed and rang finally spoke to someone to whom I say it was highly illegal 21 days fully paid holiday to now be asking for extra money for a problem they have created so from me to them and them to me I eventually got a email stating that my booking would stay the same all that stress for nothing madness won't be using again

Word of warning!
Word of warning! Booked and paid in full April 26 then received an email asking for payment July 26. Lots of emails backwards and forwards with my proof of payment to get an email confirming and apology saying that they used lots of different platforms that were obviously not syncing. Cancelled my card and ordered new one to be safe. Another payment was taken!! To say I'm furious is an understatement and I was back to the numerous emails to get answer and refund.. still waiting 🤬

Wonderful and Respectful Family
We had the pleasure of hosting this wonderful family. They were extremely polite, respectful, and responsible throughout their stay. They took excellent care of the house and all the facilities, leaving everything in great condition. It was a real pleasure to host them, and we would be delighted to welcome them back anytime. We highly recommend them to any future host.

TERRIBLE SERVICE - DO NOT BOOK
We are staying in a Holidu property. Upon arriving the kitchen and toilet were dirty. The towels and bedding has brown and yellow stains. The representative was unhelpful and didn't resolve any of our issues. Also there is a strong smell of cigarettes in the property. It is not a place that anyone could stay and we have been left here to deal with it ourselves. The person here spoke no English and basically said if you don't like it you can leave. Very rude, unhelpful and will NEVER recommend this company. We dealt with Lucia at the Villa Daphne in Vescina Italy and we paid over £1000 per night to sleep in a disgusting house.

Hi have repeatedly requested that Holidu do NOT contact my guests about their online registration. In spite of them assuring me that they have elevated this concern to a priority, nothing has been done to rectify this. This has caused much confusion and irritation to my guests.
