Great customer service, great product
Great customer service--knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. The Pen Deck is lovely. Though it's a bit small for my taste, it's very good looking. The craftsmanship is excellent. I would've loved to have stackable drawers beneath that I could use either for more pens or for inks. I've spoken with Customer Support about the possibility of adding a future product with modular/removable drawers so that I can pick and choose the add-ons. Overall, though, I'm very happy.
