Nice watch deck and support, but very bad quality control on products.
I really wanted to love this watch deck, because the design is beautiful and it's exactly the type of display I was looking for. Unfortunately, the quality control has been incredibly disappointing.
The original unit arrived with the hinges installed incorrectly, preventing the lid from staying open as designed. Customer support sent a replacement lid, but unbelievably, the replacement had the exact same hinge issue, with the hinges again installed in the wrong orientation.
To make matters worse, the replacement lid also had additional manufacturing defects. The wood finish was incomplete in areas, and the acrylic top appears to be made from two pieces with dust and debris trapped between them, leaving it permanently cloudy and impossible to clean.
I appreciate that customer support has been responsive, but it shouldn't take multiple replacement parts to receive a product without obvious manufacturing defects. At this point, it's frustrating because the product itself has great potential and looks fantastic when assembled.
Holme & Hadfield has a genuinely nice design, but their quality control needs significant improvement. A premium product should arrive correctly assembled and free of basic manufacturing defects.

Just got your knife Armada and extra Armada drawer for my extensive knife collection. I am a wood worker hobbyists and I was reluctant to purchase this due to many pieces being low quality on the general market. First off the packaging was absolutely amazing! 2nd, the quality was most impressive with each drawer pull out mechanism silky smooth! That is the first and foremost test of quality in my book of wood working dreams! Form, fit, function and finish overall was shockingly good! Wow guys, job well done, I just ordered another Armada drawer extension. Too many knives! Keep up the great work!

The cases I have purchased are a great looking way to protect and display your watches-straps, sunglasses and a few nice sticks to enjoy with friends. I have 6 total pieces and love them all.
They even match our furniture which is a nice plus.

Product FAR EXCEEDED my expectations
On October 4th, I will complete 50 years of service in law enforcement. I have travelled the country during those years teaching police leaders in every kind of law enforcement agency. I collected hundreds of coins during that time and I have many of them in various displays in my home. However, I have NEVER found a better display case than the one I got from your company. I have ordered a lot of things on-line and most of the time, I have been greatly disappointed in that what I received did not match what was displayed on-line. Your product is the first time I have received something that FAR EXCEEDED my expectations in every way. The delivery was incredibly quick. The packing made it impossible to damage the display case unless you drive tank over it. And the case really helps me show off some of my most prestigious coins which include those from the Pentagon, the FBI, the Chief of the Washington State Patrol, as well as my own from departments I led in Arizona and Washington State. My daughter is an officer at the Gilbert (AZ) Police Department and I plan to surprise her with one of the cases I ordered. Three others will be on display when my family celebrates with my friends on October 4th my 50 years of service. I cannot give you a higher recommendation than to say one of coin display cases should be in the office or home of every police officer in the country. They are that impressive. Absolutely a great company to do business with!
This company is awesome overall & they have their act together. They just keep coming out with new products but still do great supporting their originals. From website research to ordering everything is done the right way. Easy to browse, easy to order, great communication through the entire process, absolutely top of any online business when it comes to packing & shipping, and most of all top quality products. The price may seem a little high but it’s worth every penny. You do get what you pay for. And if you have an issue with something they respond immediately and handle it correctly. I received a riser for my knife display case when they were getting slammed with orders and part of the drawer wasn’t glued and it was coming apart. I notified them and they gave me several options to choose from and we quickly resolved it. No hassle whatsoever. All in all, this company is a great company with great products at a great value with a great attitude & vision. I highly recommend this company.

Well first off the claim that the armory can hold 30 knives is false. This is not made for collectors with mostly bigger knives in their collection. Also overpriced and built cheap. I removed the dividers and made a couple more spots. Maybe if you have a slip joint only collection this would work, but it is overhyped garbage that will end up in a landfill on a couple years.

The stated capacity is based primarily on typical folding knives, and we understand collectors with larger knives may find that it accommodates fewer pieces.
For collectors who need additional storage, we do offer stackable drawer units that integrate with the Armory Pro and provide extra capacity. That said, we're sorry to hear the product didn't meet your expectations.

I should of bought these years earlier
I feel the quality of materials and craftsmanship is on par at an affordable price. Having first bought the Armory Pro and realizing it looks so much better in person, it made me go ahead and purchase The Collector Pro for my watches. Both are at my home desk and enjoy just looking at my collections in the proper displays! I've posted pictures to my friends and they're quite impressed.

Super nice knife display case! The drawer is a little difficult to open and close, but I'm pretty sure they have fix this with som metal rail system on the newer models.
