If I could do 0 stars I would. The whole website is a scam, got me for $85 dollars. I would recommend this website to my worst enemy or maybe prison inmates although I'm not sure the inmates deserve that.

If I could rate this place a ZERO I would. I bought a dress off their website for a wedding I’m going to in May. It said shipping would take 8-14 business days, which is totally fine but it came 3 weeks after. While trying to track the product the website started to become glitchy which I should’ve took it as sign when everything went smooth sailing up until I made the purchase. Finally the package arrived, but late. Super excited to open the package.. I open it up to find a completely different dress than I even looked at or ordered. The dress I ended up getting was a terribly made dress with crappy polyester fabric with yellow flowers all over this bright orange dress. It looked like a $5 dress I could’ve gotten off of SHEIN. The fabric wasn’t even fully sewed. When I tried to reach out to return the product (since it’s not the dress I ordered) I read that I had to reach out and basically ask for permission.. when I got my “permission” they proceeded to tell me they could only give me 10% of my purchase back to me or I can send it back to china but “the fees to china are very expensive” but no where does it say we would be required to make the payments for shipments being returned because Of something THEY MESSED UP ON. The order wasn’t even the dress I purchased!! I’ll take this as a lesson but Do not give this place your money!!!!!!!
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Was told my order shipped and I never received it. When given the tracking, the order “was not found” yet somehow HolyKity customer service was able to pull tracking that magically showed it was delivered on 3/10. They have refused to give my money back. Would not recommend and will not use again.
Received my order
Received my order, promises returns or exchanges can be done only to find out you have to return to China no mention of this when ordering. You then have to send email to be accepted for return only for them to completey ignore you. Bad customer service.

Scam site!
Pretty sure this site is a scam since my order has not yet arrive after 3 weeks. Plus no response to any of my emails sent. Please do not buy from here! I regret my decision after reading all the terrible reviews. Looks like a scam website!

Awful customer service experience
The customer service is either automated or holykity truly doesn't care what their customers have to say. I have been trying to cancel my order since the 26th of January and have been going back and forth with them via email. Each time I state that I want my order cancelled, I get this response: "Dear customer, We will send your order asap. We can provide a 25% discount for your next order, will you keep this order? Have a nice day!" Don't buy from holykity unless you're certain you won't want to cancel, return or exchange an order!

Don't buy from this website - scam shop. Refused to cancel my order even I send an email straight after placing the order. When order arrived one item was missing. Very bad cheap quality and no response after I sent an email asking to return items.

I ordered two sets of the 'This Senorita Needs a Margarita' shirt & short combo but both arrived with a glaring error; the print on the shirt says 'This Enorita Needs a Margarita' (missing the 'S'). The quality was shocking with white stitching on orange fabric, loose cotton threads everywhere and the fabric falsely advertised as a linen blend but is actually cheap, shiny polyester. The photos used to advertise the product were clearly pulled from other websites and are entirely misleading. When I tried to return the items, the store made it an ordeal. They stated that i'd have to return the items to China and it would be costly, I would be responsible for any customs fees if there were any and that no refund would be given if the items weren’t returned in perfect, original condition. To add insult to injury, they offered me $9 to keep the defective items - I paid $147 NZ for the order. This entire experience has been nothing short of a scam. I have never felt so misled and ripped off by a purchase. And to pre-empt the generic response from Holy Kity, i've been constantly emailing support @holykity.com and my reference number is Ref;YT2435821403085992 HL16703

Dont buy from this site! The clothing is absolute rubbish, bad quality fabric, terrible fitting and they don’t honour their return policy. They say they accept returns but when I asked for the return address - they offered me US$5 for not returning the 2 dresses I purchased for US$74! I said No! That I wanted my refund and I wanted to return their disgusting dresses. I’m still waiting for a response. Complete scam.

Delivery times are a joke
I don't know if the quality is good. They have answered my email but not with any satisfaction. My advice if you see something and want to take the chance make sure you have no time restraints. They don't care when you get the product once they have your money. I will not order with them ever again.

Absolute Scam
They use photos from other clothing sites, but when the clothes arrive they are the lowest quality I've ever seen. They even smell strongly of chemicals. I followed their instructions on how to return items (after much pushback from them). Ive had confirmation that the items have been delivered, i sent them this and now they are giving me the run around, and just sending the same emails over and over. WHAT A SCAM Avoid at all costs The products are nothing like what they advertise and then they steal your money.
