I have ordered from here several times and always get quality and have never had any issues with shipping or returns. I am surprised by the negative reviews. Clothing is great quality and prices are good.

EXCELLENT CUSTUMER SERVICE
Unfortunately I was not sent a survey to fill out, but I was afforded excellent costumer service while talking to a representative. I had a bit of a returning issue and Casey went out of the way to explain and help me out. I reached out through text messages and response time was very speedy and extremely helpful. At the very lest I can say Casey deserves a raise!
Total scam. Avoid at all costs!!
I ordered a shirt and shorts set from Holykity and was not happy with my order, as the shirt arrived with a completely different print on it than advertised. I emailed Holykity with photos and was offered a $3 refund or the option to ship back the item at my own cost for a full refund. They took no accountability for false advertising, and seemed genuinely disinterested in their f up. It seems Holykity also remove comments from upset customers from their social media. I can’t imagine a single person being happy with their purchase from this company, or being happy with the level of customer service provided. Total scam. Avoid at all costs!!

Cheap material was falling apart
Cheap material was falling apart, offer of $8 when I requested a return, after researching, it would cost me over half of what I paid, to send the dresses back to china. They said I have to pay the return, and customs costs. AVOID!!

disgusting quality, delivery and returns. took 4 weeks to arrive, looked nothing like the images and when i asked for a refund on £220 clothes i have to pay postage !

Totally useless, I was told to keep my dress with a £5 refund because I would have to pay to return it, and it would cost me more than the dress’s original price of £65 odd never order from this website.

Although I was excited to get my three piece outfit priced at 57 dollars, I only got the top and not the skirt, the quality was NOT at all what I expected. I do not recommend them, they will steal your money and not issue you a refund. Terrible. Do not support this company.

Wrong items delivered. Paid $140USD and received a knitted sweater and half a lingerie outfit. Customer service is a joke. Refuses to send me correct items.

DO NOT buy from this company. They are so dishonest. I purchased an outfit for my wife and they sent me something completely different than what I ordered. When I explained this to them. They apologized for THEIR mistake and told me it would be way too expensive for ME to pay for shipping to return what they sent me so they would take 8% off my next order and they would NOT refund my money. Total crooks here.
Cheap clothing, and impossible returns or refunds.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased 2 dresses and paid extra for expedited shipping hoping to get the dresses in time for a holiday party. Not only did I not get the dresses in time but the dresses were made of cheap see- through material. I attempted to return them and was told that the return address was in China and the cost to ship them back would be more than what I paid for one dress. The most they offered me back was $8.00 and to keep the cheap dresses. They should make it clear on their website what the return address is. Waste of money for poorly made clothing. I should’ve known better :/
