Do not waste your money
Do not waste your money. Angie Leads is a joke. Most leads do not want to even do the job they are just collecting numbers and Angie leads still makes the contractors pay for them. The other thing is the customers get mad and do not understand why you are calling them. Complete waste of money and time. We have used this service for a couple years and it has not changed. DO NOT USE Angie Leads services

The leads we received were low quality, shared with multiple contractors, and in many cases the homeowners either weren't interested, didn't answer, or said they never requested service. I ended up paying for leads that had little to no chance of becoming actual jobs.
The refund process was frustrating, and it often felt like I had to spend more time disputing charges than actually working my business. The cost per lead simply didn't match the value I received.
As a local contractor, I need a service that delivers legitimate, qualified customers—not recycled or overly shared leads. Unfortunately, my experience with Angi Pro Leads did not provide a positive return on investment.
If you're considering using this service, I recommend carefully tracking every lead, every charge, and your actual close rate before investing significant money.

No credit. I would give them a zero if I could
I would give them a zero if I could. Customer wanted shingles coated, something I don t agree with. Customer simply said wanted roof coated. 99% of coating is on low pitched roofs.

I would give them zero stars if I could. They take money from 3-4 contractors and send the same lead to everyone. You have to be first caller. I signed up for a trial and have them $750 for $1000 worth of leads. That money can out in 10 days. We got 3 whole jobs. Then after the money ran out they do not ask but just signed me up for a monthly service to pay for leads as they come in. I didn’t turn off the leads after the money ran out because I assumed I was done. There was no more money. No one ever contacted me to ask if I wanted to continue after the trial. They just started charging my card for leads that I never got notified for or saw because the money ran out. No phone call. No text. No notifications of a lead. They just claimed they sent me leads and charged me for them. Refused to refund my money. They are a horrible company and will steal your money.

IT'S A SCAM! I own a small flooring business and after 20 relentless phone calls after I said no many times, I finally said yes to AngiLeads as I was given "Credits". NOT ONE lead or opportunity came through. The phone numbers associated with the leads either were wrong numbers or went to a voicemail (that was always the same, but NEVER a personal vmail like you would normally hear) so I truly believe they were fake numbers. My team called a total of 23 customers and we spoke to ZERO. AND YOU PAY FOR ANY NUMBER YOU CALL. So $1000 later I got NOTHING. Not a single customer. PLEASE do not waste your money, you will not get an ROI.

Deceptive Advertising
We had an extremely disappointing experience with Angi Leads and have wasted thousands of dollars on leads that, in our experience, had virtually no chance of turning into paying customers.
Many of the leads we received appeared to come from ads promoting "free" government-sponsored windows, roofing, solar, and other home improvement programs. Consumers click those ads, are redirected to Angi, submit their information, and then Angi sells that same lead to multiple businesses. The problem is that many of these homeowners are not looking to purchase a product or service. They are simply trying to find out if they qualify for something free.
When we signed up, we were told the leads would be homeowners actively shopping for the products we sell and that they would be high-quality opportunities. That has not been our experience. Instead, we received a large number of leads from people who had no intention of buying, making it nearly impossible to generate a return on our investment.
Meanwhile, Angi gets paid regardless of whether the lead is legitimate, qualified, or even interested in purchasing. Small businesses take on all of the financial risk while lead generation companies face little accountability.
There needs to be far greater transparency, oversight, and consumer protection for small businesses using these services. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Angi Leads.

Angi's not worth it
As a contractor the leads i get from angi's are difficult to get a hold of. Most of these leads i have to leave a message and never get a response, also a lot of leads that i am charged for is a customer looking for an estimate. Angis does nothing to help with this issue of having to pay to give a estimate. Angi's leads is not worth the trouble or the money they bill you for. Don't use them!!! You get these type leads all the time and they want their money. I just paid 168.00 and i didnt get anything out of this except for you people to take my money for nothing WHAT A SCAM THIS IS!!!!! You people are terrible!!!! Angi gives me a number to call so they can help, I call it what a joke that was, you should be held accountable for ripping us off like you do!!!!!!

Terrible company and people, scammed me for $2500 years ago and still spam calls me to this day. I got terrible leads anyway and would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!! You’re better off getting leads ANY OTHER WAY!!!

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Angi Leads. The leads are extremely difficult to connect with. Most of the time, they don't answer phone calls, don't respond to text messages, and seem unaware of how many contractors are contacting them.
What frustrates me the most is that Angi appears to sell the same lead to multiple contractors at the same time. When you finally reach a customer, they often tell you that several other contractors have already called them. This creates unnecessary competition and significantly reduces the value of the lead you're paying for.
The sales representative told me that it was critical to call a lead within 50 minutes to maximize the chances of making contact. In reality, even when calling within 5 minutes, many leads say they've already spoken with another contractor. That tells me the lead is being distributed to multiple companies immediately, making it nearly impossible to gain any advantage by responding quickly.
Based on my experience, Angi seems more focused on selling the same lead to as many contractors as possible than providing quality, exclusive opportunities. I would not recommend this service to contractors looking for a fair return on their investment.

Beyond BAD experience from Angi Pro leads and Customer Service
I gave Angi Pro a fair opportunity and invested approximately $2,000 in leads for my repair and maintenance business. After all that spending, the total revenue generated was only about $300.
The biggest issue was lead quality. Many of the leads appeared to be focused solely on finding the cheapest possible price, while multiple contractors were competing for the exact same lead. Instead of connecting contractors with serious homeowners seeking quality work, the platform often felt like a bidding war where the lowest price wins.
The final straw was my cancellation experience. When I called to cancel due to the poor return on investment, the customer service representative repeatedly pushed me to continue the service rather than addressing my concerns. After I firmly declined and requested cancellation, the representative abruptly hung up on me.
As a business owner, I understand that advertising involves risk, but spending $2,000 to generate only $300 in gross sales is simply not sustainable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Angi Pro to contractors who value lead quality, return on investment, and professional customer service.

Angi Leads are not actual leads. The supervisor I spoke to made this pretty clear to me as she let me know they do not filter their so-called leads. She assured me they do not sell leads but rather the "initial interest," as she called it. I have 56 "leads" and no actual jobs out of those 56. I call the "leads" every day for 3-4 weeks, and 9/10 never answer my calls, don't respond to emails, or text messages. Do not waste your time and hard-earned money with this company; they are only worried about their own profit.

ANGIs deserves ZERO stars. They sold me on a subscription. On the phone the rep said it was month to month but bait and switched me into a year long contract. I did not read the fine print and assumed what the rep told me over the phone was the stipulations. They are scammers and I am more disappointed with myself for falling into this trap. They also charge a hefty cancellation fee and if the leads you get are not leads they STILL charge you for it.

Hope you don't need customer service
They front load all your leads at the start of every month then flood you with "opportunities" which they charge hundreds for. They changed our contract to a completely different service while telling us it would remain the same. Then when they provide leads that are outside of our service area because the customer entered the correct address and town (outside of our service area) but mistyped one number to a zip code in our area they won't credit us because "our contract has a discount applied already." Nobody over there treats you like a real person. They seem to not care that these opportunities and leads are the lifeblood of how we feed our families and our employees families. They care about how many dollars they can milk from us until we get sick of them, sue them, they close up shop and rebrand as someone else (again). DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
