No pressure from the people in sales. I was able to browse without someone following me around. I really appreciated that. Also, I was told that if I had any questions where I could find someone to help me.
Ordering Problems
Placed an order, order got canceled due to not being able to be shipped, called the store and they said they could ship after all, tried to place another order but lost my discount, haven’t heard back from sales team.

Great couch shopping experience
Trevor was awesome! He was knowledgable and friendly. He showed us exactly what we were hoping to find. And I love that all the salespeople aren't pushy and hovering, and don't get paid based on commissions. I had shopped online for a couch for years, but we finally decided we wanted to go in and actually sit on a few, and I happened to come across a HomeZone ad, saying they're a family owned company based here in Texas. I'm glad I did because it was a great shopping experience. The couch is set to be delivered a few days from now, so we will see how that part goes. But I feel confident about it!
