I was very nervous when my website wasn't accessible, because, as a writer, I'm creative, but definitely not a technical person and was worried about being treated as ignorant. Which I actually am. But Bhagyashree was kind, understanding, super helpful, and encouraging as she explained the problem and each step she was taking to fix it. She was also a bright light during a difficult personal time. I don't have enough superlatives to describe her helpfulness & kindness.
