hi Caroline. Correct! All day use bookings are sent via email to hotels, and not via their regular computer systems (day use rooms do not connect to hotel inventory management). That's the reason why we have a 'booking proof' button at the top of our email confirmation, which triggers the possible clueless front desk staff to act quickly and expeditiously. Did you activate it? Regardless, we thank you dearly for taking the time to let us know and we will report this fact to the hotel so that they can refresh protocols to their staff. That's why our confirmation email has a button on top you can click called 'Booking Proof' and get hotel front desk to move faster through the process. Maybe try it next time? The booking process itself was straightforward and efficient. But what comes afterwards is a surprise. I received an email from an apparent third party offering to upgrade my room at a fee. The email indicated that my booking was for check-in on Dec 15, and check-out on the following day. This comes as a surprise to me as my original booking through you was for day-use from 9am to 6 pm on Dec 15 and your confirmation document clearly shows this. I find the matter very confusing and am checking with the hotel direct because I could not find your official email address.

Nice Hotel but pricepolicy terrible.
Nice Hotel but pricepolicy terrible. First price was 40 Euro a day , then after confirming 47,25 5 Euro tax and 2,25 other costs. Then what was really annoying AGAIN 5 Euros tax at the Hotel. That was really a mess..and kind of robbery

Great Hotel - Small Pool Area
We used the H Hotel as a day stay before a late flight. The Hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool and the pool area was extremely small, there were only 4 lounge chairs. The restaurant/bar did not open until 5 PM. This Hotel is fine for an overnight stay or if you only want to use the room during the day.

It was very easy to book which was on the same day as my hotel stay. There were no concerns checking into the hotel. Best of all, payment wasn’t due until I checked in.
