It was a good experience overall. I wasn't expecting a perfect room, but would have expected one with a functional bathroom (shower head was messed up and sink faucet was loose.

Booking a room through the app was easy. Checking in at the hotel was easy as well because they have a great staff. They are very social staff and very good rooms.

Hotelsbyday is an option in order to have a day-use room, sometimes necessary for travelers.
Although the hotel have had some issues on the charge, the customer care of hotelsbyday took care of it and solve it.

Hi Samin. The hotel mistakenly charged you a resort fee when they should have NOT. We received your email 2 days ago, to which we responded to you, and since are working with the hotel manager to get the extra charge refunded to you. It's not easy as they won't aknowledge their error and we now reached out to the hotel execs for settlement. Please bear with us. We will get you refunded the extra 'resort/junk' fee.

Our first experience with HotelsByDay but so far fast, efficient and good communication/confirmation.
Our 9 hour layover due to a flight cancellation will be much more comfortable if the shuttle is as efficient.

Reservation confirmation
It was very easy to make the reservation, but I had trouble getting a confirmation. i was on the phone on hold for 30 minutes trying to reach somebody for help. Once I was able to reach somebody, the person was very helpful and I received the confirmation.
