It was easy to book online. However, after reaching the hotel, hotel people kept us waiting for an hour they said they couldn’t find reservation. They were very rude. Finally after an hour waiting another person came and she could find reservation. They assigned room and about to go. They called us back and took the key and said need to clean. After 10 min they said we need to wait for 2 hours. Holiday Inn express hotel was the worse.

The booking itself was great. Marriott=orange clownshow
The booking itself was great. The price was right around 150$. The Marriott did up charge slightly.
The Marriott itself needs to get its act together. No one was there to answer the phone. (I wanted to confirm when I landed.)
Most egregiously, the Marriott offers a pickup service. After waiting over 30 minutes for my ride, they wouldn’t comp me for the time lost waiting for the no-show van driver. (Their app couldn’t find the clown either…..nor could the front desk when I finally got through.). UNSAT.
The driver at the Hilton property down the street came through for a 10$ tip (bribe)
The front desk lady was very nice. But the least they could do is comp me for the lost sleep time.

I liked how fast it was but did not…
I liked how fast it was but did not like that I was unable to interpret all of the acronyms or words describing amenities for a room. Also, the system would not let me login and when I tried to reset my password it said my email was wrong. I tried three times and triple checked the address. This frustrating because I get emails from Hilton at this address almost daily and now I am worried i won;t get credit for staying there.

So easy to search and book. Very clear instructions and easy to go onto hotel websites to check directions and facilities. Even sitting on a cruise liner off the coast of Norway it couldn’t have been easier. Appreciated the pay on arrival option as I don’t like using my card on line when I am not in the UK.

The booking was found easily by the receptionist and remaining process was as usuall.

Awesome experience. We didn’t sleep on our red eye so an hour before landing we desperately looked for a place to stretch out and take a nap so we could enjoy the rest of the day. Check in was easy and we went straight to our room and fell asleep for 3 hours. Pricey after the fees and security deposit, but it was worth it to us.

Hotel was just as listed and the stay was perfect.
We came in on the first train in the morning into the city and needed a safe place to rest up. The hotel room and staff was as listed and meet or exceeded my expectations. Being on a busy city street we were still able to sleep and freshen up. Definitely will book at this hotel again if ever needed.

Easy to book. Great welcome by reception team. Smooth transition. Room ready and fabulous. Able to use the pool with towels, the gym and then a shuttle bus to the airport. Absolute game changer and would recommend to anyone with a late check in.
Hairdryer, kitchenette, tea and coffee facility, ironing board. Really well thought out.
