To clarify, modifications through our platform are handled through a separate drafting service that specializes in managing revision requests and coordinating updates to plans. Pricing and turnaround times can vary depending on the scope of changes requested. We also understand your disappointment regarding the modification agreement and timing. Once work has been scheduled and processing has begun, those agreements are typically non-refundable based on the terms accepted at purchase. Material lists are a separate item that must be ordered and typically take 5–7 business days to complete, as noted on our website. That said, we do show that your material list was delivered today. These are the full construction drawings typically used for building, but we understand there may have been a mismatch in expectations. The order selected was for a PDF set; printed copy sets are available as an option at checkout. You can also take the PDF to a local print shop to have physical copies made. We’d be happy to review your order with you, answer any questions about the plans, or help with next steps if something is missing.
