Customer service was great, but the plan / architect was far above average. I find many small house plans omit a spot for the water heater, so at the last minute, your trying to figure out what closet you can put it in, or no thoughts to the hvac or return. This architect hasn't left anything out that has to be adjusted on the fly, or chases built, etc.

Work with Geoff through the entire experience. The communication was fantastic. We never had to wait for an answer and he was extremely patient with us. 10/10 recommend. That gentleman deserves a promotion after helping us because we were not a simple customer by any stretch of the imagination.

It was very easy to navigate the website and your phone system when i had a question. It was nice to have someone live from your sales team help me right away. Stephanie B. was a great help, very good at what she does, and made my selection easy. This is the second set of plans I purchased from this company and I have been pleased. I would recommend them to anyone, to purchase plans for there next build.

Michelle was great to work with. Everything she mentioned to me were in the plans and some. I am very happy with the entire process. When the prints were pdf though it had a different model# and name of the house. I got a little nervous about that. It was over the weekend I foward the email to Michelle on Sunday she replied first thing Monday and let me know that is the house. She also let me know that once the plans are sold and processed any questions to let her know. Thank You Michelle!!

Im a home builder in indiana and am always needing new plans. This was the second time I ordered a set of plans from here, will definitely continue to do so and tell all my other contractor friends....

I started my process some time while back ( Almost 1 year ago ). I want to thank Geoff LeGallais ( Jeff ), for his quick respond to all of my questions and friendlyness, even when it took me this long to decide on which floor plan I wanted to purchase and what modifications I wanted to make, he was helpful and patient, always undertanding that this is a big desission. Kristi Hoffman, with LifeStyly Design Services was also helpful and prompt with her responses to my questions and my request. Thank you to your team for your help through this processes !

Great variety of homes. Nice to see plans that aren't ridiculous in size, have amazing flow, and are also beautiful. Called to ask a question and receive some guidance, and was met with super responsive useful help! A real person that was easy to understand and genuinely there to help.

Awesome! Great experience, Dominique F. was extremely helpful in assisting me w/ my request both before and after the sale.
