This was not my 1st Scooter.
This was not my 1st Scooter. However, this was the 1st one that required final assembly. Without my husband to perform this task, I would have needed a handyman to complete assembly. Also, it would help to have a handicap sticker indicating it's a handicap accessible for mobility. Some campgrounds would consider this to be a toy and force me to rent a Golf Cart. A removable battery for indoor charging would make this more user friendly along with a key to avoid theft. Lastly the exposed wiring could become damaged or compromised by vandals.

Prompt delivery. Easy to unpack and setup. Only negative is seat cannot slide back and forth for longer legs.
Poor customer service and a substandard product
I received a scooter after the expected timeline. when I called and complained, a label was created.So that I could see that they are trying to send get out. however. It sat there for another week, and I understand that hoverfly would coordinate that pickup from fedex. then, upon receiving the scooter, it wouldn't work. now the company is doing everything it can to not refund.My money.

A great easy scooter …
The scooter was easy to assemble and folds up compactly. I have had illness so have not had a chance to take it out for a ride. It is comfortable sitting and easy for me to get on and off. I think it will greatly enhance my ability to go places I enjoy. I love hobby lobby and antique stores where I have trouble with walking for long periods. Thank you for a well made and helpful device.
