Very happy with the advice Jason gave me. Spoke to him at the beginning of the week, told him I want to check out more quotes on line and asked him if he could call back at the end of the week. No pressure to buy when I first spoke to him. I did find cheaper but I had specific questions about accidental damage that I needed clarification of. All in all I would recommend HPS. Hopefully I will never have to claim!
Very courteous, helpful and patient
I spoke to Daryl and he was most helpful over the two days I dealt with him. He was really patient in answerinf all ky questions, made the amendments I kept asking for (even though I declined them previously) and stayed courteous throughout. I'm happy with the offer for home insurance and finally agreed to take it out with Assurant.
