Firstly I could talk to a real person, not a bot. And they called me within 4 minutes. The person concerned took me through a remarkably short series of questions and provided a very competitive price for my insurance.

After recieving a ridiculous renewal quote from my existing insurer, to whom I've been a loyal customer for many years - without ever making a claim - I contacted HBS (via Martin Lewis site). They called immediately - shout out to Jason Harknett - and in very short order made me an offer I literally couldn't refuse for around a third of the cost of my current insurer's quote. With better terms. My current insurer could not have been less accommodating, telling me that there was absolutely no negotiation on the quote and if I didn't like it I should go elsewhere. So I did - saving an enormous amount of money in the process and recieving exactly the same - if not better - cover. Very, very impressive customer service HPS Insurance and Jason. Thank you. LV - not so much.

It was nice to talk to a human being (Keith) who took us through every aspect of the policy in a calm and professional manner. He even injected some humour when appropriate. It was also reassuring that he informed us he was our case manager and we could contact him as required.

I spoke to Gavin, he was polite and friendly. He listened to what I wanted and gave his advice on a suitable policy. He answered my questions clearly. He called back when he said he wod, so I could go ahead and set the policy up. It was all very easy and straight forward and I would definitely recommend this company.
