This onboarding process has been awful. You are having to guess at everything that you are doing. Everyone needs a personal business coach to get up and running. This is not for anyone who has never worked for IV infusion. It should be set up for a nurse who’s not worked for an infusion company to be able to get up and running no problem and on top of that most ruses have never owned their own business. I would not recommend this platform to anyone.
Very unorganized and taking too long to get replies back from emails. The backend of things makes us business owners look unprofessional when we can’t get medications or answers for our patients in the time frame we have been told. There aren’t enough providers to do checks before getting IVs, which also puts the nurses in a very unprofessional position. The app is also not very user friendly and makes it difficult for business retention.
It might be out of your hands, but the length of time for my clients to get their NAD is too long. One client ordered hers 6 weeks ago and still hadn’t heard anything.
This company has provided me with the opportunity to grow and independent businesses. My only complaint so far is I wish the company would have provided more transparency regarding medications that are frequently out of stock.
I’m in between 3-4. I think communication fades once people buy in- and don’t get me wrong I think a lot of people assume it’s all set up and ready to go for them- no it takes work to get YOUR business going- however some things are beyond the business owners control and are on the platform/vendors/app etc and the communication surrounding those things is lacking- I also think there needs to be better app integration- there should be a desktop version- to make charting easier. It needs to be communicated that providers are 3rd party and 7a-12a is not necessarily accurate but it “can” be during those hours. I think the idea and the company is a solid one it just needs some tweaks
Long wait times for physicians to pick up consult appointments. Tara king info on terzepitide orders would be very helpful for clients when ordering product. Several clients complaining about using the app and it consistently telling them their password is incorrect, more issues with this with clients who have android phones,
The Hydreight platform makes a service provider feel so accomplished as it fosters growth within our profession while providing the space and structure for us to join and make a difference in the client’s wellness journey.
Pretty much a scam company if you're in california. They advertise as a turnkey company to help you start an IV business hassle free, but in california you cant legally own a medical business as an Rn so you have to hire an MD as an owner/medical director- aka you either cant actually own the business you're starting or you need to pay a lawyer around 5k to draft up a contract where they own the medical side and you own the business side. Also my recruiter told me that because we cant ship most meds to residence, I just need to find a med spa or doctors office willing to receive my meds. Total lie, after pressuring me to sign within 72 hours and taking my $3k, found out its completely illegal to just ship your medications to a different business and have them receive it for you, easy way to lose your license and get both businesses shut down through the state cracking down on auditing. I'm not saying its impossible, but if you were to hire an MD as a medical director, as well as a lawyer to create the contracts, might as well not use hydreight and do your own business instead so you don't get charged $3k annually plus 18% commission from every sale you make. Also service sucks. I was getting replies to my emails with a turnaround of about 1hr until i signed my contract and coughed up the sign on money, then any email i sent went unanswered or someone completely not knowledgeable would answer in 3-4 days, to which I would send a follow up email that would go unanswered.
Poor customer support. We couldn’t do business at all. After the onboarding training and set up took us almost the whole year to get everything set up and when finally started to promote the annual membership ends. We ask them for an extension and they did 2 extra months but at the end all of the vitamins and supplements were already expired and we didn’t get any reimbursement. The set up fee is too expensive to continue with no business at all. We decide to not renew it. The company over promised and under delivered.
Awful experience. I order filler and it still hasn’t been delivered, you guys did something and now my filler was stuck in FedEx and now was returned to you guys. You guys received the package and did not reach out to me, I had to figure it out on my on it was delivered back to you guys. I have emailed over and over and receive no response. I see the bad reviews about this and wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but this is just awful. No one can conduct business when they don’t know if their product will even be delivered. And if anyone will even respond to help. So frustrated and disappointed.
I honestly feel conflicted. I truly appreciate what they have built as a company, but I’ve encountered many challenges along the way. Being in California adds an extra layer of complexity. Some issues, such as differences in medication pricing between California and other states, back orders, and shipping delays, are beyond their control. The orders/protocols in California are not the same as those in other states, as certain medications are not approved, or the pharmacy available is not approved for residential RNs. For example, as a mobile nurse, I cannot access gluathion. However, I find the system itself quite complicated to navigate. Even as a client, it's not straightforward to see what services a practice offers or to find pricing information. It would be helpful if the website were easier to use without requiring a profile. I was especially disappointed to learn that if you don’t sign up within three days, you miss out on the dream bundle they offer. On the positive side, I really value Zoom calls and the opportunity to connect and strategize with others in the field. I wish there was a direct phone support option instead of just email, although I do appreciate that their email responses are generally quick.
