I went live over 3 weeks ago and have not been able to start my business because I have no inventory
My initial Dream Bundle Order is severely delayed. I got one single 1L bag of fluids. Haven’t received anything else or correspondence. Everything I need to order is out of stock with no response on how long it may be before back in stock. I feel like I’ve wasted money and may not be able to start my business. It’s very frustrating when you’re taking a lot of personal financial risk. I expect answers and updates much more than what I’m getting.
Persistent problems with the app interface, multiple clients have left my business due to shipping delays and errors. Cumbersome requirements for check ins that above and beyond what most providers require for similar meds.
I have yet to receive supplies. I have tried and tried to actually TALK to a person. The one person that I used to be able to contact is no longer there. I am going on three weeks with over $300 worth of supplies that I still have not received due to their “approved address” policy that has been addressed numerous times.
I just don't like the app and the fact you can't pick up a phone to get something fixed without 10 emails
Delay in initiating and implementing business due to medication not available. Dream Bundle supplies have taken over 2 months to deliver.
I have found that in the 8 months of being a subscriber to and independent contractor with Hydreight, it has been very difficult getting the IV vitamins and additives as so many have been sold out. It took me over 3 months to get approved by one of their providers and setting up client appointments is so difficult even after reviewing how to do this task is not user friendly. I wish I could be more positive as I am still looking forward to having my own Mobile IV business and Hydreight being a vital part of my business.
Timely responses to keep the work flow going is key. The Hydreight team is prompt and shares interdepartmental communication to solve the issue.
I like that I can get medications directly to my home for my glp-1 medications but I dont like the extra hoops each month that I have to jump through with meeting for check ins. I think that would be more beneficial of it could be completed virtually just like my meetings with the doctor.
I was able to connect with a HCP quickly so that I could have clearance to do an IV . Dr. Patel has been friendly and quick to clear my patients for therapies . The services that I have been providing include IV therapy and IM B12 injections. I have just started with this company and I am feeling positive about Hydreight !
Fast delivery ,but i can not buy any vitamins yet
I love Hydreight! It has given me the opportunity that I didn't think was possible. Good support and love the Success Squad. The only problem is the APP, it is slow and very frustrating for my clients. All I can do is apologize to them for the continous problems within the App. I don't want to make their appointments and encourage them do this on their own, but there are times that it just doesn't work. I have been looking into other Mobile IV companies just because of the APP. Thank you for all you do.
Horrible customer service and communication. You can buy into their program, but good luck getting them to help you with anything.
Delays with shipping and complaints with the new tirzepatide pharmacy with the medication not suppressing appetite. May discontinue service in upcoming renewal if something doesn’t improve
I’m trying to on board as a nurse and I’m having no communication with what I need to do to get over this next point
Overall I am so excited to be a part of Hydreight. I love the concept and the freedom the platform allows me to run a unique clinical business. That said, the app is unreliable and I run into tech issues routinely. This leaves me feeling anxious about barriers outside of my control that could occur during a service and my clients have expressed frustration with the app. Most recently I had to leave a patient that was actively in pain without a service after I was called out because of multiple app problems. Without being able to get ahold of a provider (attempting a scheduled appointment and an on the spot service), I ultimately had to cancel everything and was forced to leave the client very unsatisfied for having wasting their time and providing them zero assistance with pain relief. These inconsistencies and barriers with the app translate into a bad reputation for my business and myself. I'm fearful that without more dependable technology, the platform creates more harm than good for me.
Great team and feel supportive overall during the business set up and education. The app from both admin and patient view could use some improvements but otherwise so far so good.
It's become SLIGHTLY easier to obtain supplies but still a hassle having to get some things delivered to the UPS store, some things to the business location. And different services are challenging to set up for example patients receiving NAD, it never works going through the app.
Service was prompt and the team was very responsive to questions.
