This tool did not work
This tool did not work! It was supposed to realign the knobs in the housing of the refrigerator filter to 9:00 and 3:00 and allow me to install a new water filter but the threads will not move. I appreciate I was contacted and promised a refund since the tool didn’t work for me. I ended up paying an appliance repair person to fix the problem. Thank you for contacting me and for the refund.

We ordered four filters for our Kitchenaid referigerator. The filter didn't fit in easily and then leaked after it was installed. I had to reinstall the old filter.

Icepure is a Great product
Icepure is a quality company with great customer service. My unit works great. My wife and kids love the hot, cold water options. Ice is always on demand. The hot water comes out at about 165 degrees farenheight. I use it to sterilize the babys binky quickly when she drops it on the floor. My daughter is 11 and makes her own ramen with the hot water. My son loves ice in his sweet tea. The crushed option is also a hit. Thank you

Missed delivery
My delivery of refrigerator filters was originally promised for 2 days ago. They didn't show up and I got no messages nor explanations as to why. Now after digging, I find out that they are in Connecticut, and the message says the new arrival date will be updated "soon". This is pretty poor customer service. P.S. Icepure hopped right onto my issue and my filters were delivered the very next day, they also contacted me personally and worked to make everything right. The filters were packaged well and work perfectly. I apologize for jumping the gun and am changing my review to 5 stars. I will definitely order from Icepure again. Thank you, Icepure.
