Found what I required and was shipped/received very promptly
YD-ZB001 no longer working properly after 1 year
I purchased the YD-ZB001 water cooler/ice maker unit a year ago and unfortunately, it is no longer working properly. The water cooler is no longer producing cold water, and the ice maker has also stopped making ice. We've really enjoyed the product up until this issue. I was in contact with Iris at service@icepurefilter but for some reason the communication stopped. Please help!

Don't do it
Product arrived with ice maker not functioning. Cooler leaks as soon as the ice button is hit. No response from. Customer service emails after sending questions.

Ice pure replied to my last post here saying they would reach out to me with help, but never did. I just want to be able to replace filters on a machine I bought a year ago. Bad lying company. GO WITH ANYONE ELSE!!!!

Warning to Potential Buyers - Do Not Purchase. Lack of service for Faulty Unit
Last Update. The company contacted me and we resolved this issue to my satisfaction 5/21 update. Heard from company on 5/17 after this review posted with offer to replace unit. After providing dates for pickup of unit on same day, have heard nothing since. My warning to potential buyers is unchanged. Purchased IceMaker in late April. Was installed early May. Has not worked correctly since install and company has not answered any emails and has no other way to contact. IcePure website claims 24/7 online service, but 3 attempts to contact have gone unanswered. Icemaker errors out daily with increasing frequency. Please do not Purchase from this Company.

Had issues but resolved and satisfied
I will begin this review saying the unit function's and makes ice. However, after receiving the unit several days after purchase we quickly realized there were multiple screws missing that attached the ice making module to the maker wall. After assembly the pressure from the pump would cause the drain hose to disconnect and allow water to flow across our kitchen floor. After several email attempts including photos of each issue (there is no customer service phone #) a response from ‘Iris’ instructed us to go to the hardware store and purchase the missing screws and a clamp to secure the drain hose and for our aggravation we’re offered a 15 dollar credit. We responded that the response from Iris was inadequate having not given us any guidance on size of screws or clamp and advice on leveling out the drain tank. Since then we’ve heard nothing from ‘Iris’ or any other representative of the company. We hoped that this being a new company that they would be interested in turning this bad experience around and we would be able to write a very positive review, they however do not seem to care about customer satisfaction or service after the sale. Avoid this company! Update as of 6/3 After reviewing the situation with our management team, we have approved a % partial refund for you in consideration of the inconvenience, extra time, and additional effort involved during the installation process. We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and the initiative you took to resolve the issues and get the machine working properly. I’m also very glad to hear that the unit is now functioning correctly and producing ice as expected. ……. This has taken a while but after several emails Icepure did right by this customer. I had to do some work but ultimately have an ice maker that works and a settlement that satisfies.

Iris was great!
Iris was great! She was very concerned and caring and helped with the issues we had with the first water cooler. We received a thorough review of the issues and Icepure made good on the promise to replace the machine. We just received the new one - and returned the first one - and are hoping that things go better with this one. We will let you know. Sorry I got a little frustrated as we continued to attempt to fix the first machine. But Iris was great thru it all. We will keep you posted on our progress and experience with this new cooler. Thank you!
