Phenomenal filter
Phenomenal filter. I connected it a bit differently than it's "intended" for in that I simply run the filtered water to a small faucet added to my sink and two refrigerators. It's rated for 5 years/40,000 gallons which equals 22 gallons per. Since we only use a couple gallons per day, is it going to be usable for 50 years!!!??? I don't know if that's legitimate, but I do l know it's rated for a NICE amount of water and works great!
I am on my third filter in one year
I am on my third filter in one year. I have well water and the icepure filter clogs within 4 months. We have a prefilter before our water goes to our water softener and we also have a rust remover tank with our water softener. The filter doesnt last no where near as long as advertised.

Filter lifespan can vary significantly depending on water quality—well water with higher sediment or iron levels can cause filters to clog faster than average. Works great
I was replacing an undercounter ice maker when I purchased this. The fittings for the change over were a littile off but was easly fixed with a dishwasher reducer. The only problem I had was understanding the instructions in removing the inlet plug, You have to undo it like a shark bite.
Had missing parts
Had missing parts. They did ship them and received them over two weeks later. Machine is good, worth the price but not the same as a much more expensive unit.

Wrong size filter that wouldn't be…
Wrong size filter that wouldn't be replaced. I will never order from your company again and will make sure I let everyone know how bad the customer service was. I'm stuck with brand new filters that don't fit my needs and spent my money that could have gone towards Christmas gifts. My suggestion to you is to have a HISTORY button on your website so other buyers don't make the same mistake

Awesome filters and awesome people
Awesome filters and awesome people to deal with. had issues with odor in the well water at the end of the summer installed a whole house filter and used their best filters CTO10BB-KDF. worked unbelievable. odor was gone and water perfect. i ordered more and one was cracked at the base. Aurora helped me after i had sent an message to the company. issue was resolved very quickly. i'll be using their filters for ever
Great customer service experience
We learned PFAS is in our area, and I wanted to ensure we had a filter for that. Iris responded to my question about the filter I’ve been using and recommended the best filter for my fridge. She also followed up to ensure the new one was delivered. I’m so thankful for the great customer service.
I've had problems with getting my order…
I've had problems with getting my order delivered. But it wasn't their fault. They were very responsive to my emails, and replaced the original order, that had been lost. Unfortunately, when I did get the product, it did not fix my problem with my water filter in the refrigerator. But, in the end, they refunded my purchase because of all the problems.
Wish i bought this 10+ years ago…
I expected the product to arrive like after a week or two… was less then 48 hours later. Was amazing. The machine works great, i definitely use the ice maker / crusher more then just getting water but then the ice cold water thats always available. I definitely drink way more water now that ever before which is what i needed.
It took them a while to respond back to…
It took them a while to respond back to me after several attempts on my part of going to their website and leaving them several messages. Finally someone responded back to me letting me know that they would get back to me when they came back from a training. The person that helped me also sent me another water filter for the whirpool fridge which was nice.
Faucet Replacement
The faucet on my reverse osmosis system had developed a leak after three years. Aurora at Icepure customer support responded to my concerns, and has promised to send me a replacement. Her response was timely and efficient. So far, so good! When I receive and install the new faucet, I will post another review.
Great Technical Support and Troubleshooting
I purchased the 5-in-1 water dispenser and ice maker from IcePure. I absolutely loved it and was surprised at how convenient hot water and ice on-demand could be. After a year the ice maker stopped working and the machine started sending itself into sleep mode. Customer service was extremely helpful and responsive as I was troubleshooting the issue. The conclusion was that the unit should be replaced and I received a partial credit for the ice maker. Would be 5 star, but the product stopped working in less than a year and it was a lot of money.
