Efficient Service EI received my order exactly as promised…
I received my order exactly as promised when ordered. When I installed the filter on a Fisher & Paykel fridge it would not allow water flow. I emailed "Contact Us" and ICEPURE replied immediately and gave me some pointers. I figured out that when installing the filter by twisting it 1/4 turn, I had to turn it very much harder than expected to make it seal and lock in the correct position. Everything works great! ICEPURE was very helpful and efficient...impressive these days, just sayin'! Roger

Could not generate enough torque to move the small connector. Might be beneficial to increase the length of the unit.

We had a repair man out to fix our fridge and he suggested we replace our filters, with the filters in question. They fit perfect, easy in, easy out. And they really are a great price
