Parking has never been easier in NyC. Using the App to set up parking ahead of time and a quick and easy drop off and pick up makes icon the perfect parking solution!
We prepaid for parking, but had to pay again to get our car out of the lot. Charged double, even showed the barcoded receipt from icon, nope. No hablas. We had went back and forth for 20minutes with an interpreter on the phone but finally decided to pay the fee again so we could make our cruise. I travel continuously, globally and have never had this situation happen before. Icon is 100% a scam! Steer clear of that company.

Easy - but only one person working so it took a while to leave our vehicle and pick it up.
Made a reservation online and paid prior to arrival. The attendants, both when dropping off and picking up were pleasant and accommodating. Great parking garage !

I used the online booking and saved a lot of money. The parking location was ideal and I had no issues with the service. My car was waiting nearby when we arrived for pick up so it the wait was minimal. I’d recommend this garage to others

Got to parking lot a little late, the assistant was very professional and took care of me upon ny arrival. No issues excellent price 4 hrs for $33. Unbeatable price and location.
Easy drop off and pick up the attendance were friendly and helpful.
When I got to the parking garage it was full and I was told: nothing I can do, go find somewhere to park. I had to look for parking in Manhattan with the streets covered in snow and limited parking. You should mark places full so at least I know I cannot trust you and go somewhere else.

I was just charged an additional $27.46 on top of my reservation fee of $33. I got to the garage at 9:47 pm and the attendant said I owed more or he wouldn't give me my car. I showed him my reservation below that shows I paid and had till 9:48 pm but he wouldn't listen. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I would like my money refunded please.

I arrived 20 minutes late because there are two entrances to the parking lot, and I was waiting for the attendant at the wrong entrance. They charged me an extra $60 for those 20 minutes. Absurd! I will never go back to that parking garage again!
