They’re scammers. They double charged me. I paid for a reservation. They took down the number, never text me, then when I came back charged me the drive up rate, never even put in my reservation number, though they had it. I’ve already written to them, they have yet to respond back.

I prepaid for arriving early 10:00 for a discount,I put in 9:30 AM and I arrived 8:25 and the management said I have to wait to 9:30 AM and I had to wait in the car outside on the street for more than a hour.Near Javits ast 43St ande 11th
Arriving ber 10:00 was never a punishment ,arriving 10:01 you loose the early pricing .

Per the reservation details, the discounted rate applies only within the exact time window selected at the time of booking. If a vehicle arrives before or after the reserved start time, additional charges may apply for parking outside of the reservation period. Unfortunately, locations are unable to accommodate vehicles prior to the reservation start time when the discounted rate is in effect.
In your case, the reservation was booked with a start time of 9:30 AM, and arrival at 8:25 AM fell outside of the reserved window, which is why the location advised waiting until the reservation time began.

Attendant didn't scan app code showing prepaid.
I booked through the icon app the day before. When I arrived I showed the scan code on my app for the parking I paid. The attendant proceeded to take my information while I kept asking him to scan the code. There was a strong communication gap between us due to language. He didn't scan the code but sent me a text. When I arrived to pick up the car I was told I had to pay and I said no I paid through the app. I argued and showed them the app again indicating that I had already paid. I did not pay again.
This is the MOST efficiently run Icon Parking lot I've ever been to! These guys do not get paid enough! Smooth in and out and wait time was manageable. Give these guys a RAISE!
I was amazed and impressed by the technology!! No attendant to move the vehicle and never a chance to have vehicle damaged. But since it is fully automated, if they lost power I wonder who the car would be retrieved.

prepaid parking was not honored
I prepaid for parking for my wife's car. when she checked out after parking the attendant forced her to pay $45 overtime charge even though she was 10 minutes earlier than her pre-paid check out time.

If I could give zero stars I would. I pre-booked and prepaid and my pre-booking was not honored. I stayed in the garage within the time I reserved and somehow their their system was charging me $59. I explained and showed proof on my phone of my reservation, but the system was incorrect. I showed my reservation and the attendant showed me his computer charging me $59 dollars. I insisted he call a manager.
They valet gave me wrong information and told me after he supposedly called his boss that the reason I was being charged is because I came into the garage at 2:15 instead of 1:30 which was what my reservation was for which means I was in the garage less time than I reserved for and then somehow he automatically billed me $59 even though he told me he was not going to do that. Shocking shocking shocking to be treated like this.
