I paid the $24.99 2-5 business day shipping upgrade. What was not made clear is the the item would only be 2-5 business days ONCE IT WAS IN THE U.S.
Ordered on Oct 4th. It was actually received on October 16th! AFTER the event I needed it for. I will not be ordering from you again.

Do not buy in this shop. The item is cheap but they will charge you a lot, 25 dollars to expedite but you’ll get it after 3 weeks. Then the occasion is done aldready. When I receive it, it was different item that I ordered. I ordered figurine and I got a calendar plastic with the picture I sent. Tota cost $82.99 Please send back my money. I can’t even cancel my order since the option no cancellation from the day I found out the reviews on it.

The received product was not even close to what was shown in the pictures (a 3D figurine). In real, it was a picture carved on a slim piece of plastic.

Be Aware! The items looks nothing as advertised.
The images used to advertise the products from this site are completely false. I purchased what was described as a 'figurine', with images showing a 3D figurine. What I received was a 2D piece of acrylic with a picture printed on.
Customer services refuse to return or refund.

To say I am dissapointed is a understatement. They state figurine. And it's just a stand basically. £25 plus extortionate delivery cost to receive a picture of my grandson that makes him look 6 years old and he's 16 is just a joke. I would highly recommend not to buy from this site. 😕

Complete rubbish the item I ordered was meant to be a figurine which I believed to mean a 3D model it’s actually cheap plastic plaque on a piece of wood . Very cheap looking DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

The item i ordered was for an anniversary. I spent extra to have the item arrive in time. I placed the order with plenty of time for it to arrive prior. The item didnt arrive until 4 weeks after intital ordering. There was very little communication detailing what the delay was. I initiated all communication.

Ordered a custom item where you upload a photo. The image on the website like the rest looks like its maybe made on pottery and 3D. The description doesn't even state what its made on
Should have never have wasted my money. Turned up around 20+ days later and was nothing like what i ordered.
Shame I can't attach pictures of the real thing against the website
Never using them again.
Pretty sure they are breaching Trading Standards based on false advertisements but they are based in China anyway.
