My rate has significantly increased for my electric and I’m cancelling my service with IGS. I don’t use more electric but paying more for you to be my supplier!

When I talked with your agent by telephone.
When I talked with your agent by telephone I was impressed by her knowledge of the plan I am enrolled in. I was going to cancel but she was very informative and I decided after our conversation I am going to stay with IGS ENERGY. We are on a very strict budget and we have to watch every dollar we spend just like the rest of the country i suppose. If there is any cost saving ways please let us know. We and are neighbors all in the 80 year old bracket need help. Cost saving help.THANKS! DON KINDELL

Young company rep who stated she is the local manager for our area and explained everything clearly and went through both our electric and gas statements
